Really helpful for grad students figuring out what's next
As a graduate student, it's hard to get a sense of what career options are actually out there. Everyone around you seems to be doing something different, and it's easy to feel lost or behind. Best Career helped me see the range of paths open to me and gave me a clearer idea of how to get to them. It also eased a lot of my anxiety about the future, because I went from a vague sense of "what am I going to do?" to having concrete options to think about. If you're a grad student feeling unsure about your next step, I'd recommend giving it a try.
The product Anna created is incredibly helpful for understanding what might be the best direction for your future career, as well as for your overall happiness and satisfaction.
I’m currently in a transitional period, trying to pivot towards a different career path, and the tool has been extremely helpful in identifying the best possible routes to achieve that. I also found the Job Application Toolkit (one of the many features of the platform) incredibly useful. It helps you craft your CV and cover letter, as well as potential messages to reach out to people on LinkedIn or via email, among many other things.
Needless to say, Anna is absolutely wonderful and incredibly supportive throughout the process and afterwards.
I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for more clarity around their career path, exploring a career change, or simply trying to navigate their job search more effectively.
What I appreciated most was the quality of the questions. They felt quite different from the usual job-search discussions I have with ChatGPT: less focused on matching me to a vacancy or generating the “right” answer, and more on making me stop and think properly about what I actually want.
The process did not necessarily point me towards a career direction I had never considered before. Its value was subtler, and for me probably more useful: it helped me put into words my expectations, doubts, motivations, hopes and preferences.
Some of those things were already somewhere in my head, but not always clearly formulated. Seeing them brought together made it much easier to understand why certain opportunities attract me, what makes me hesitate, what I am willing to compromise on, and what I probably should not.
Most importantly, it has helped me position myself with more confidence. Not by giving me an artificially flattering picture, but by helping me see my strengths more clearly while also being very aware of the areas where I still need to grow.
I came away not with a completely new career plan, but with a much clearer understanding of the career transition I am already making, and with better language for explaining it to myself and to other people.
For me, that is probably the strongest thing a career tool can do.
I had the opportunity to test Career Discovery was genuinely impressed by both the experience and the results.
What sets it apart is how personal the process feels. Rather than providing generic career advice, it brings together your experiences, motivations, strengths, and future aspirations in a way that feels highly relevant to your own situation. The insights were thoughtful and gave me new perspectives on my career journey. It's clear that a lot of care has gone into creating something that is both meaningful and practical.
If you're looking for greater clarity about your future career direction, I would definitely recommend giving Career Discovery a try.
Best Career is an extremely valuable service, whether you are looking for your next role or want to better understand where and how to evolve your career. Output is provided in a structured, easy to follow format and can be further explored in many applications. The whole experience feels like working with a coach, but at your own pace and with a much lower investment. Highly recommend, great value for money.
The system blew me away! The insights generated from my prompts were spot on, and really gave me a lot to think about in terms of what I want out of my career. It helped crystallize a concrete plan to actively build the future direction I want to go in. It also helped show me that one or two of the positions I thought I was interested in were not always the best fit, after analysing what I enjoy and don’t enjoy about my current position.
Using voice prompts was novel to me, but I felt the information I gave when ‘talking’ was far more valuable than typing when I had time to think about a reply.
The report generated was truly valuable and one I will refer back to often
If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or at a crossroads in your professional life, this app is an absolute game-changer. What makes it so special is that it doesn’t just look at your CV or hard skills, it connects your work life with your personal wishes, life stage, and emotional well-being.
It brought so much clarity to my ideas and helped me understand the exact next steps I need to take, both practically and emotionally. It makes navigating career choices feel exciting rather than daunting.
Huge praise to the founder for creating such a thoughtful, empowering, and truly effective tool. I can’t recommend it enough!

A very thoughtful and well-structured career coaching experience. The questions helped me reflect on my strengths, ambitions and future direction in a much deeper way than I expected. I especially appreciated the one-question-at-a-time format and the clear summary at the end. Useful, practical and genuinely insightful.
