SCAM ALERT. Do NOT order from here.

Ordered and paid over the phone, wish I still had the number because they are not responding to email and there is no number listed on the website. I have not received my order. Said it would be 4 weeks, it has been 8. I have disputed this with my credit card and will be getting a refund. Do NOT use this website/company.

5 months of runaround

5 months of runaround, on a single cabinet door. Plenty of promises, plenty of "it's almost ready to ship" replies....and nothing.

I gave this horrific company until the end of the week...to give us the order, or our money back...after which time I get my credit card company and family lawyer involved.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WORTHLESS PILE OF LIES AND EXCUSES COMPANY!!! THEIR WORD IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE.

Stay Away From Best Cabinet Doors

Ordered 45 doors mid October. Promised 30 days to ship. After 45 days inquired about anticipated delivery. Got complete BS response “in production.” Waited 2 weeks. Same inquiry, same response. Another 2 weeks, same result. Finally started an email exchange with unknown person at the company. All I wanted was an estimated delivery date. Back and forth a few times until finally I sent them a notice of cancellation. Their “policy” is no refunds. Fortunately I paid them via PayPal and got a full refund in 2 days! Thank you PayPal. Stay away from Best Cabinet Doors.

Do not use this Company!!!!

I ordered cabinets doors and drawers on Dec 30, 2022. According to web-site they were in production. End of February contacted them they said we will notify you when ready to ship. Nothing. Contacted them end of March - said shortage of wood a few more weeks. Waited 6 more weeks - nothing. I contacted paypal who was able to refund my money!. Guess what NOW THEY CONTACT ME! And want to help me pay for the cabinets, they are "almost" done with! It is now at 20 weeks -- NO CABINET DOORS AND DRAWERS!

worst business ever. THEY ARE THIEVES

worst business ever.. thieves order my doors which were 300 dollars and didnt recieve anything. they answer to the emails with the same excuse that it will be rush order but they havent deliver and is now 4/3/23. DO NOT USE THIS PAGE

They are THIEVES paid for and ordered 43 doors on November 28'th. Was told 15-20 business days to complete order. Its been 85 business days no doors or even completion date had to get doors from another source. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH

seven shaker style doors

I ordered seven shaker style doors online through this company. For some reason hardware was put on my order even though I didn't order it. I asked to cancel that part and was given store credit! They don't do refunds even though I did this within the day I ordered. They made the hinge cutouts so big that I have to patch the holes so it will hold screws. They also put the hinges on the top of three cabinets making it so I have to patch those and wood putty before painting. It took four weeks to make them and they were not even dome right! Beware! The cabinet doors might be cheap but they will leave work for you to do when they screw up your order and steal your money for crap they never gave you. Who in the world would order mixed match hardware? It's like the hardware is on your order in default! Stay away from this company!

SCAMMER: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Don't be fooled by their website, it's great, but they are SCAMMERS. I ordered one cabinet door before placing a larger order (thankfully). I NEVER received the cabinet door and when I contacted their "customer service" chat they gave me the run around. First, they said it was shipped, then retracted that statement and said it was still in "shipping," and it would be shipped out the next day. I followed up afterward, and it's been "crickets." Also, I paid for UPS ground shipping and on one of their follow up comments they said they ship via "USPS." Very, very odd. For transparency, below is the full transcript with their so called "customer service" department (start from the bottom up). Next stop, BBB.

Hassle not worth the price

We ordered new cabinet doors and drawer fronts. The prices were great, website easy to use. Everything seemed great. Until we had questions. Then it was impossible to get in touch with anyone. It wasn’t until I mentioned disputing the charges with my credit card company that I was able to finally get someone to answer my emails. It took months, but once we finally received our order, some of it was missing, which meant we had to go through the whole terrible process of trying to get in touch with someone again. It’s not worth the hassle to save a few bucks. Avoid this company!

Poor Quality Control

I ordered 11 items from them, a combination of cabinet doors and drawer fronts. Prior to placing the order I had ordered a sample and it looked great.

Placed the order and it took about 5 weeks to receive. These were raised panel, wood rails and mdf panels, painted.

Of the 11 items, 10 had issues. Scratches, scrapes, blemishes, etc on both sides. I contacted customer service and sent pictures. They replied to ship the pieces back for repair and repainting.

Another 5 weeks passed waiting for the pieces to be returned. Once received there are still 9 of the items with issues and now two of the drawer fronts are cracked.

I contact customer service many times requesting a refund of the shipping charges and cost for me to buy paint, fix the cracks and repaint the items. They have gone radio silent.

Stay away from this business.

I put in a substantial order

I put in a substantial order, all of the doors were ok with the exception of one, I asked for them to honor a warranty claim as the plywood began delaminating. They refused to honor warranty and blamed it on paint, the other 26 doors have no issues and all were prepped, primed and painted the same

Unresponsive Customer Service / Replacement Department

The customer service and replacement department are unresponsive. One of my doors was damaged upon receipt and after contacting Cabinet Door World (due to unresponsiveness of Best Cabinet Doors.com - apparently they are affiliates) I was given the contact phone number for Best Cabinet Doors. Was told to send pictures to their email address which they claimed to have sent on to their third party replacement department which conveniently is not able to receive phone calls according to the customer service rep. Four weeks and countless emails later I have yet to be contacted by the replacement department. Buyer beware.

Don't waste your time or money on this…

Don't waste your time or money on this place. They messed up our order on 9 doors. we then had to pay for the nine new ones. Long story short I had to call my CC company (the ignored my request for refund and cancel of order) and file a dispute for paying and not getting the doors. The very next day in my Email was shipping confirmation. at this point we went with home depot for the last 9 doors we needed for our kitchen. Time frame on this was from January - June. Customer service sucks the only way I could "Rarely" talk to someone was via email. Couldn't find a phone number anywhere. the doors show up for delivery. we refused them as we didn't need them anymore and I tried canceling the order prior to shipment prior to knowing if they were done or not. a week later the doors show up again. so we refused them. nothing happened until I called my CC company to dispute it. magically the doors were done.

Like everybody else here in 2021 have had a bad experience with them. I ordered my ~ 20 doors in March, received them in May, but with ~25% damaged i emailed about replacments. They said it would take half the time of the original order (6-8 weeks, so this time 2-4 weeks). Now at 14 weeks, 51 emails and many lies about status. Thanks to another on this thread, i was able to find a number and threaten to file a dispute with my credit card. Now my order is shipping tomorrow. Who knew. The doors are nice and cheap, but if you go forward, be warned that communication is poor and timeframes mean nothing.

The worst communication and customer service ever!

In March of 2021 we ordered and paid for new cabinet doors for our medium-sized kitchen. It is now August 2021 and we are still waiting. Communication is horrible. We received part of our order, but had to return it because it was painted the wrong color, then received more of it--but the doors were poorly packaged and arrived broken. And with so little communication I fear we are just out all that money!
