AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
We were looking at rings at regular Jewelery stores, but couldn’t find the right fit. We tried a few online stores, but didn’t trust the process based on reviews. We came across Best Brilliance and everything changed! The customer service has been AMAZING! Before ordering the ring, I had questions. A few were immediately answered by Mary via e-mail and I was given a phone number where I reached Julienne. She went over all of my questions and gave me more than enough information to place an order. If you are searching for a service that wants your business, look no further! These people have been AMAZING!!! I cannot wait to post again when my ring arrives!!!

Great experience, ring came about 3 weeks after i ordered and my fiance loves it. Saved about 5,000$ rather than going through a jewlery store.

Well .... To me the best brilliance web site and all seems a bit sketchy. Now that said We have bought two entirely different rings that each of us loves so far. Mine is a recent Mens gold ring and my Wife has a Moissanite ring she has had six months or so that she loves!
Quality seems good. I feel the ring I got was overpriced. I did willing go with it because it seemed the exact style I really wanted, so that's on me. It is cool, I like it, just what I wanted. (Caveat, I would have preferred 14k over 18k for strength, durability etc.)
So far so good!

i fell in love with two different…
i fell in love with two different rings. i did order both, one fast 6 day shipping and the other standard. they both came in on time. i was so so nervous because this was an online website, some reviews were questionable but i am so happy with both rings delivered. the only thing i would love to see on the website is more real life photos of them on a person. the ones generated feel AI or computer generated. overall, it was exactly what i was hoping for and i will without a doubt be buying more from this company

My husband and I bought this engagement ring to replace my mother's diamond that I lost - which was a diamond from the 1950s with zero imperfections - a hard thing to replace for both sentiment and value. BUT - this ring is everything I have ever wanted. It needed a bit of modifications, which were taken care of with ease and care (thank you SO much)! If you are hesitating for any reason - don't wait! You'll be happier than you ever thought you could be!
