Badges look great
Badges look great. Artwork was turned around quickly but our order arrived late and missed our event. Very disappointed with the turnaround time from confirming our artwork and paying to arriving. Be sure to order well before their published lead time!

Hi,
We're glad you like the look of your woven badges.
Having looked through your email correspondence, it looks as thought the lead time was clearly explained and a deadline for payment and approval was given to you. As we didn't receive the payment by the specified date, we could no longer guarantee your deadline. We did not dispatch the badges later than our standard lead time so there was no delay on our part.
Kind regards,
Best Badges

Very Impressed
Very Impressed with the service and the badges I’ve received.
I came to Best Badges in the first place from a recommendation - this was my 2nd order and I’ve not been disappointed. From start to finish they have been professional, helpful and accommodating (even taking over a week off their normal turnaround time to compensate for my delayed ordering). Final result is exactly what I was hoping for, and we’re delighted.
