I definitely would not recommend Bestar…
I definitely would not recommend Bestar furniture. Their instructions for assembly, are only pictures, no words. Several places in the instruction were very ambiguous and hard to figure out. This furniture was also missing a face piece for one of the drawers.The worst part of this company is that they encourage you to contact their customer service, but that customer service does not exist. When you call their customer service, you are told that they are very busy with their phone calls and after five minutes, they will disconnect your call. They couldn't be more right nine times I called over four days and nine times they disconnected my call after five minutes. I left a customer request with them that was never answered. This is a contracted company from Bestar so I contacted Bestar directly, who also did not reply. Communication with this company is nonexistent. Thank goodness I was able to contact Costco and they sent me to their customer intervention who was able to contact the company and get the part that was missing. Costco was very responsive and supportive, however, I am surprised that they sell cheap furniture like this with a company that won't stand behind it.
