A Company that truly lives up to its name!
I have ordered hedging plants on three separate occasions now. The first was three years ago and the fact that all the trees are healthy and growing well is testament to the quality and delivery service.
Unfortunately one tree in my second order had been damaged during the lifting process in the nursery. After a phone call & photo to customer service this was promptly made good with a couple of additional plants in compensation.
My third and latest order was exactly as requested.
Prompt despatch, good delivery , and quality plants.Excellent service all round.

Swift replacement
I have measured the plants and they are supposed to be 80/100cm from the root collar however not one of the 20 I ordered is more than 70cm from the root collar. Clearly the two packs of 10 are different heights. Whilst I was disappointed the plants have been swiftly replaced with correctly sized ones. Many thanks

Top Quality Hedging
The bare root hedging plants we received were brilliant and great value. They were packed really well and so arrived in top condition and have taken really well after planting.

Timeliness
It was important to me that my order would be delivered in 3-5 working days. It arrived a day late after a really lovely customer services person chased it.
I recieved notification about the delivery the day after it had arrived.

Please refer to my delivery complaint. DPD driver Russell delivered my order to the wrong STREET delivering to an address where the person was working off shore for FOUR weeks. Their neighbour who had just lost the father ! Thought it was strange that a parcel would lie there until this guy came off duty intended to look after the package but checked the address and kindly brought this to my house. Driver was a disgrace,their “call Centre” was pathetic. I just hope the hedges don’t die and my complaint response stated response times are poor given the delicate nature of your business. Unhappy

A bad experience
A bad experience. Ordered hedging bare root plants. 7 days later had an email to say that they had been despatched. Did not arrive after 3 days so I tracked the item. Courier had not received the plants. Got an email from best4hedging asking me to do a review now that I had received the plants ! Phoned the company and, they had not been despatched
Right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing. Poor service. Will not use again
