Great Experience with Room to Improve

I had a very good experience with BestOnlineBook.com. The website is easy to use, and the book selection is impressive. My order arrived in good condition and on time. The only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that customer support took a bit longer to respond than expected. Overall, a reliable site that I'll happily use again!

I am an author--this "bookstore" cheats everyone

I am an author--this "bookstore" has stolen every single title I have written! You cannot reach them. It takes hours and hours just to find where hidden links lead to, to see who is getting what--it looks like scammers open accounts and share monies for folks subscribing or buying books. It's sad how they take advantage of the little guy, because they certainly couldn't do this to Simon & Shuster. THEY DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO ANY OF THE TITLES THEY SELL. If you deal with these people you are taking advantage of hard working authors like me. Please do not support them in any way. Thank you.

Scam stay away

Scam stay away! I lists all my books and my friends for FREE but they do not have the rights. You will just get your credit card billed. Stay away and go to Amazon where we get our royalties. I hope they go to jail.

A real trap

I give 1 star because you can't give 0 but that's what they deserve. After registering, there is no box to log in but only the "register" box again and again. They ask for your credit card details, ensuring that it will not be used but that you will be charged only with purchases in the premium section: then I got an email announcing the free-of-charge for 5 days only, obviously afterwards you are automatically transferred to the premium section! It's a real trap.

Extremely suspicious site because it…

Extremely suspicious site because it drags you through multiple sites and then attempts to gain your personal and credit card information. It is listed as "a scam" by scamadvisor.com.
Legitimate book sites do not drag you through multiple links and may only ask for an email address.

Extremely suspicious site

Extremely suspicious site. The next step from registration directs to an identical creditcard form, as with bookjule.com which is said to be a scam.
