I bought the basque magic Oil once! It didn’t work it’s no different from any other Oil olive oil for instance!
I am now trapped into a subscription where five bottles turn up at once and I’ve been charged for every one of them. What I will do with them I just don’t know !

Fantastic Customer service
An order arrived but smelt different to my previous bottle and I didn't like it. I contacted Besque and was responded to by Sarah Joy. She was delightful and I was so surprised when she said they would send out another!! This arrived within a few days which was fantastic service. Thank you Sarah for being so efficient and actually being focused on your customers, wouldn't hesitate to recommend Besque. Fabulous product!!

I purchased the Magic Oil which is a great product but immediately knew that the scent would be a problem for me. I contacted Customer Service and Gabrielle was extremely helpful and understanding, helping replace the scented version with the unscented one. I am very impressed by everything about this company and product.
Product never arrived
I never received my product and when writing to the company, I got a kind reply, but nothing happened. I ordered almost 2 months ago, so don't expect to ever receive the purchase.

I have been using Besque body oil for over six months. I absolutely love it. I recently changed my subscription to the larger bottle size. I noticed that when I started using the new larger bottle the smell was off. I contacted customer service. Melissa was so helpful. She explained that sometimes the batches of oil can smell a little different from each other, which makes sense. I know it’s a natural product which would lead to some variation in color and smell, but she did offer to replace the bottle if I found the smell of putting because Besque wants their customers to have an excellent experience with their product every time! This is an excellent product. My skin feels amazing and I’m very impressed with the customer service. I have always received.

The smell of this is HORRIBLE. There's a return policy that after 60 days of proven use you can return it... there is NO way I'm using this stuff for 60 days. It's disgusting.

I purchased the body oil and unfortunately my husband does not care for the smell (it did not both me). I reached out to customer service and LORENA was quick to offer sending the unscented version to me at a discounted rate. I will send an updated review after I have given the product time to work.
