Non existing customerservice. They simply dont answer! The order is for a birthday present, but I can forget all about that - 5 everydays after ordering, the package has not even left The Nederlands yet :-(

In addition to my first complain; Upon receiving the bracelets, I noticed several quality issues. The ends of the satin ropes were left loose instead of being properly burned to prevent fraying. The cuts on the ends were uneven, giving a sloppy appearance. Lastly, the knots are coming undone. Qinn responded to my complain but it has been more than two weeks and several emails still no response.

First of all my order took over two weeks to be delivered in CH.
Second of all- I emailed to enquire about the whereabouts of my items and no response.
Lastly - upon collection I was charged 40 Chf for the type of delivery the company used which I was never told nor asked at the checkout.
Customers must be advised of this things and not just secretly add this extra cost.
I was referred to your business by Iman Gadzhi; first impression- total disappointment.
