I really appreciate how quickly I am contacted when I ask for assistance. Since I travel a lot, I often need to reschedule shipments. Every time I ask, they provide excellent service.
In a world where it’s always harder and harder to find companies to trust, Bespoke is a beacon of hope. Always standing by their product. Always making sure that I’m satisfied with everything. Very few companies earn my respect and Bespoke has it all the way. I’ve never been let down. Quite the opposite, every interaction leaves me with a sense of awe.
I purchased an XL Duffle Bag from Bespoke Post over a year ago, but had never used it. On it's first outing, one of the closure snaps broke off. I thought that since it had been over a year of ownership, the warranty would've expired. But, I was hoping that Bespoke could assist me with getting a replacement strap. To my SURPRISE, they informed me that it wasn't possible to replace the strap, but they would send me a new bag!!! About a week later, the new bag arrived and I was ecstatic. I'll definitely being doing more business with Bespoke Post. Thank-You for the wonderful experience...

Always interesting and useful items. The one occurrence I had where an item arrived damaged, it was immediately replaced without hassle.
Been a subscriber for almost 5 years. Other than the products available here, my favorite thing is the ability to skip a month. This month I was going through a bit of financial hardship, but forgot to skip this month before the deadline. I ended up reaching out, and they were still able to skip this months shipment for me. In the many years I've been a subscriber, I've never once had an issue. All products are exactly as described, and the team at Bespoke Post are excellent and communication. Everything you can ask for.

It’s a Friday night and I used the text option for customer support. I was so pleasantly surprised. Before leaving this review I actually tried to look up if they used AI agents because I didn’t think the technology could have pulled if it off so well but the whole process was so streamlined and quick that I questioned it! What I found out in that search was that they do look for a customer-oriented experience and understand that this is absolutely essential to building strong customer loyalty… and I have to agree they NAILED IT! It was not just about getting the outcome I desired but really shined because the conversation was clear, efficient, and more importantly it was personal. I was shocked to find myself smiling after only a few short messages - smiling so much that I felt enthusiastic about leaving a positive review, letting them and potential customers know it feels good to have a brand you feel confident in supporting because the support is/will be mutual! It actually seems so simple and obvious of a strategy (that they were able to pull off, in my experience) that it really makes me wonder, “why it is so hard for any other companies to follow this example?” This kind of effort goes a long way and I’ll be telling my friends they can trust in them. Way to go Jan and Bespoke Post! Jan deserves recognition. Highly recommend. Thank you for making a customer support experience actually pleasant.

I purchased the Marcellin cast iron 4-in-1 stackable set (with 2 additional items) and UPS delivered it to the wrong address. I filed a claim with UPS and was asked if I informed the seller. When I did notify BP Customer Service jumped right on the problem by resending the order and having it be on my porch within 3 days of notification! I've dealt with customer service before, and I can honestly say Bespoke Post has the best department I have ever dealt with.

I've been with Bespoke since 2013 and have always had a great experience with them. In the past few years, I've had packages that have gone missing (and in one instance, damaged in transit), and the CS team has always strived to correct it. Every agent I've interacted with has always been kind and helpful and a huge part of why I have remained with their subscription service.
My most recent box was for the beach and all the items were a success!!!

Item I purchased went on sale just a day or two after I bought it. I contacted customer service, which was very straightforward to find, and they refunded me the difference in price without any problems. Also had to exchange one of the items for a different size and this was also very easy.

I've been using Bespoke Post for a few years now and am a very satisfied customer. Not only do they introduce cool, small / newer brands, but their customer service is the basis of comparison for all other companies. On more than one occasion, I did something stupid and they didn't even question it, or give pushback, and just made sure I was happy - even when it was my fault! I don't even live in the US anymore and I'm still their customer having things shipped to my parents' house when I see something I want!

Bespoke Post customer service is bar none. They go out of their way to resolve issues to their best ability and at the least inconvenience to the customer. I have purchased many things from them over the years and only have positive things to say about the quality and variety of products, excellent value for club members, and top-tier customer service. I discovered BespokePost through a Facebook advertisement. The products in the photos looked so cool and I had to check it out.
I loved the variety of boxes they had to offer in their subscription service, and they have a vast array of products you could buy individually.
Their customer service is top notch, and I mean that! Responsive and efficacious customer service is tough to find! They actually care and want to make sure you’re happy, especially if something happens to go wrong, example, something in your box broke.
My boxes have helped me be a bit more outdoorsy and learn something new, and a lot of the products (knives, lanterns, flashlights) I use daily, and I love them!

I've been using Bespoke Post for years and the subscription model is excellent. I get to see new things that I maybe wouldn't go looking for, and get a premium product at a great value. Durable, stylish, products, top to bottom, clothes to toys, seriously good stuff.
