Despite engaging early and paying fees upfront, Bespoke Bids left our bid to the last week prior submission and allocated someone with zero construction experience. Drafts received back for the quality questions were either our own content (unamended), incomplete or Chat GPT content and did not comply with the tender requirements (i.e. word count, submission format etc.).

The bid writer admitted that they failed us on the bid support and due to personal circumstances, pulled away from the bid. We completed the bid ourselves as nothing supplied by Bespoke Bids was tangible. We submitted a compliant to management just to be told "refer to our terms and conditions" and no refund or compensation was given.

Shocking service. Highly recommend staying away, we have decided to take legal action and have requested copies of insurances, whilst they failed to provide.

Bespoke Bids totally rocked it with their custom-made bids! Jessica was always there to clear up any confusion I had, super chill and available whenever I needed her.
