The bauble was received damaged, dented in 3 places, discussing price for what I received

Product did not arrive. Messaged by Post Office that insufficient postage attached and a further £7 admin fee required if collected in person. Not acceptable.

Well made and looked beautiful on the tree, very prompt delivery.

Excellent service and packaged well will definitely be buying in future. Excellent customer service too.

Bauble is lovely and delivered promptly. The only negative is the packaging, very flimsy box and arrived battered, although the bauble was not damaged it’s not a great thing to give as a gift.

The bauble arrived and you spelt my name wrong its michele with 1 L not 2.

I have ordered 5 baubles from Bespoke Baubles for my own tree and I am absolutely over the moon with all 5.... so much so that I have ordered a further 3 baubles as gifts.
The craftmanship and quality of the baubles is just amazing.
The baubles come gift boxed too. I would highly recommend as a either a gift or a treat for your own tree!

I ordered 9 baubles and 11 seasonal cards from Bespoke Baubles.
The customer service was second to none.
Sonea took my order and listened to what I wanted for each bespoke bauble design and cards. She was so creative and brought my ideas to life.
I saw her work on Facebook and then ventured on to her website where I saw a larger range of her creations.
The website is easy to use and the process of choosing an idea through to checkout was seemless and effortless.
The quality of the items advertised were great which is why I did not hesitate in purchasing them. They are worth every penny.
I waited patiently for my order which arrived within 3 days.
I cannot wait for my friends to receive their Christmas baubles, 1st Christmas baubles and handmade Christmas cards with a unique pop art selfie image so the recipients can see who the card is from. I wanted to be different and imaginative and that what I got.
