In response to Be Smarts reply. This incident (nor my subsequent request for cancellation) did NOT happen at the weekend (that was just when you finally responded by email) it was 13.30 on a Friday as you know. Your helpline number diverts a rip off private recovery company who charge a premium. Nothing to do with your opening hours - Be Smart have a pre recorded message 24/7.
Please stop pressuring me to remove my review and twisting the truth and allow Group on to investigate your questionable practices.

Broke down. Called Be Smart, paid my excess and someone was out with me within 45 minutes. Really happy with the service and even got a follow up call from customer service to make sure everything went okay. Super happy 👍🏼

When my boiler broke down, I was worried about how long I’d be without heating, but Rosheen was amazing. She was professional, reassuring and extremely efficient.
She organised an engineer to attend within the hour and the problem was resolved quickly. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free.
