Charged £7000 to take of tiles and put scaffolding up. Morally corrupt. Tried to take to court but dissolved company. Karma will out
Having promised to do both roof and internal work on my aged parents' house, Bescro first provided an inflated quote and then only did the roof leaving us in chaos. First, start of work was delayed while the inflated quote was adjusted, then things seemed to go well. The roof looks good, and the workmen were excellent: professional, skilled and friendly. The real problem is the promised quote for the inside of the house and subsequent work never materialised. Once they were paid for the roof Bescro disappeared, leaving rubbish outside the house and my mother, who is 82, sleeping on a temporary single bed in the tiny spare room. Bescro told us her bedroom ceiling is in danger of falling in, but haven't returned to do it despite full payment and many emails. We've been trying to get them back since work on the roof finished in September but they haven't responded to an email since getting paid - £14K - for the roof.
Efficient, reliable and helpful service when they replaced our roof. Expert advice and very careful handling of our solar panels.
