These people should be ashamed of themselves. This is the biggest scam ever. I ordered lipstains, ended up with something totally different. Not the same brand, color, or product type. Tried to return, they refused at first. They won’t give you a label to return for free, they make you pay return shipping. Total bait and switch.

Stay away!! Scam site with phony products. Reached out to customer service after the “lip stain” I received was obviously not what I’d ordered—initially got a response, but there was no follow up after that. Reported them to my credit card company and to ShopApp.

Do not order. It’s a scam. They sent some other awful product and will not respond to my email. Total waste of $84! I’m so very disappointed

Do not order!!!, they claim to deliver but don't, no contact via they portal system to answer queries, does this product even exist?? What a joke, very disappointing. Never trust facebook or Insta ads

They took the money, sent a cheap product in the wrong color, and when I tried to contact them, they didn't respond. Avoid this seller.

This company is a scam. Same as the others I received the Lakerain product in random colors rather than the Beryse lip stain. Super ugly colors and doesn't stain your lips at all. Contact customer service but nothing back. Will dispute with my credit card company.

Placed an order for lip oil . Over 4 weeks no order received . Tracking goes nowhere , emailed them , no further response . Disputing with my bank . Buyer beware

They sent me a product by Lakerain and the color is not even what I ordered. The lip stain should have been pink - but it is orange!

Like others, I did not get the product I ordered. I got something completely different. Not the colors or product I ordered at all. It's a scam. I emailed and sent photos. DO NOT ORDER! I am going to call my credit card company and complain.

I ordered and paid for a lip stain oil. They sent me instead a lip cream in a totally different color and now customer service doesn’t reply despite promising in email. Avoid.

This is absolutely absolutely a scam. They sent Lakerain hydrating gloss stain, which is about $5 on amazon, instead of a Beryse branded stain, which they market as being valued at $25, without any promotions. Despite them showing "reviews", there is no way to actually write a review on the website.

I went back to their website and did a screen grab of the video review of "their" product the reverse image searched it. Turns out it is Kulfi Bueaty's Lassi Lips Staining Long-Lasting Lip Oil. It also looks like everything else on Beryse was stolen from Kulfi Bueaty's website.
Unfortunately, it seems like Beryse was through and the Google AI overview mentions the "positive reviews" as though they were real.

This is a giant scam. They send something completely different than advertised. It’s like liquid crayon colors. Thick, opaque, flat. Not gloss, not stain, not sheer (at all). The box does not have the same name. The colors do not have the same name. DO NOT PURCHASE.

Absolute bollocks and a sham site with inferior shit products sent in place of what’s being advertised. Let this be a warning never purchase based off social media reels or ads, it was an absolute waste of money and time trying to chase it up with these sub human A holes!!

They sent me the wrong product, I sent them a message saying so. I got no reply. I sent another message and then they replied and ask for photos of the product I did get which I instantly sent. They never replied. I sent another message and no reply. Do not buy from this store!

If there was such a thing as zero stars that would be my choice. They sent the wrong color, now they ghost me. What happened to money back guarantee?
This company is terrible

Absolute scam like everyone else is saying. Its not even close to the product advertised, the colour's and brand dont match, its not even a lip staining oil. Its random liquid lipstick in terrible colour's. Really doubt I will get my money back tbh and its just blatant advertising lies.

Product was a complete scam. Nothing matched up with what I ordered, including the name of the brand (what showed up wasn’t Beryse, it says Lakerain on the product box), the packaging, the colors, and even the type of lip product it was supposed to be. All completely different. I’ve received one “oh, sorry, will you show us a picture?” from their customer service. I sent it and I’m awaiting a reply from them (not holding my breath). If they don’t issue a full refund I will dispute this with my credit card company. DON’T ORDER!!

I ordered from Instagram (not wise I know) and received completely different items. Reached out to company and they asked for pictures. I sent pictures and radio silence for a week until I emailed again asking status update. They closed my ‘ticket’ and said they shipped the correct items according to their site. The items I received were not lip oils, but tubes of acrylic paint with mineral oil.
The packaging has a different product name and the colors are different. Do not buy from this site.

Ordered product from an Instagram ad (yeah dumb I know). Received product, shipped from China, but it was not the color I ordered. Contacted the company's support email multiple times but only received an automated email response back each time with a link where I could "check my issue status" where I was supposed to enter my email and create a password. At this point I was very wary to provide a password. It's been weeks now and no response from the company ever despite multiple attempts. I was duped, don't waste your money.

Not the lip stain I ordered. A bogus brand and different UGLY colors. It was total junk and a scam. Stay away from them!!!
