I accepted a reservation from Beroomers but although the check-in was confirmed more than a month ago, Beroomers has not yet made the payment. Despite my successive emails and attempts to contact via chat, I didn't get any answer. Although the Beroomers booking platform seems be active, they don´t pay and it is even impossible for the landlord to get in contact with them .

I'm having huge issues with Beroomers lately. As a landlord that advertise several properties in their website, everything was mostly fine. However, for the past few months, Beroomers disappeared. I currently have 3 reservations, with check-ins made that they didn't pay yet. This situation has been going on for more than a month now. I've tried reaching them through several channels: emails (they don't even open it), contact forms (with no answer), phone (disconnected), Facebook (they see the messages and don't answer. They even blocked me). I'm writing this review to let everyone know that even if they're doing some bookings, they probably are keeping the money to themselves, and they are not answering to anyone.

I am a landlord and this I am having a horrible experience. Beroomers has not paid a booking made last December, the tenant entered the Flat on the 05th of March 2020, today is the 24th. I have written several e-mail, at first they replied saying they were having problems witht the banking system, but now they don't even reply to the e-mails. What I am assuming is they are experiencing what we all are due to the Corona pandemic, but I am the one getting hurt. It seems they must work like a ponzi scheme, where they need money from new booking to pay old one's, which is just plain horrible. Probably they will just close and I will never receive my money due to their irresponsibility, but what is worse is the lack of accountability as they now don't even offer any justification or reply.

Bad, really bad probably the worst company I ever worked. Is a ghost company no one answers the phone or email. If everything when well probably it works they just make the bridge between the landlord and the tenant but for what they charge is not enough, they should give more, should give you support after and for everything in between. I’m for one entire day waiting for a contact or that they answer the phone or email.

Worst company ever!!! NEVER BOOK HERE! They try to scam you in every way and take 3-4 working days to respond to emails and do not pick up the phone. Only advice I can give is to book the same room somewhere else because this is a company that tries to make money by scamming young people in a new city.....

Beroomers is really good online portal to deal with. The advisors are very supportive and quick in response. I liked the website as well is very user-friendly and informative. what I found that they can work on; is the Admin Fees which's not refundable in case of cancelation even before 60 days.

Be careful!!!!!!! This platform care more about landlords than tenants and there is no quality warranty in their advertising.
This is my story:
1. I’m a postgraduate student and I was looking for a comfortable and cheap room in London. After weeks of search in several websites I got interested in Beroomers because the prices were reasonable and they start sending friendly emails, showing interest in my search.
2. One of the Beroomers advisors contact me (as I said by email), Offer a discount (10%) and recommend me to do as many bookings as I could, saying that there will be no charge. Of course there was a disclaimer: there is no charge unless the landlord confirm the booking. Shame on me, because I wasn’t careful with that detail. But that’s not the problem.
3. After several exchange of emails (all friendly) I booked some places and the response was that my first choice didn’t was available, despite the information mentioned in Beroomers website. The advisor of the platform offer me (all by email) another
option from the same landlord, one more expensive. Obviously I rejected the new option and continued with my search making other bookings in the same platform, one of them even cheapest than the option that was rejected.
4. After my rejection “okus bokus” my first option not only was available again, the booking was confirmed. Pay attention to this: first they cancelled my booking claiming that the room was not available, then I made new bookings and, after that, they revived the already canceled booking. Did they even ask me if I was still interested in the booking that they cancelled? NO. Did they even matter about my new bookings? NO.
5. When I talked about this by email with the Beroomers advisor, she just said that I could cancel the deal and look for other options but one month of rent and other expenses will be charged to my credit card, so her recommendation was: avoid cancel. There was no alternative in the email.
5. But why I’m so angry about this If one my options was finally accepted? Here comes the second statement of the first paragraph of this review: how accurate was the advertising about the room characteristics and thereby the quality of Beroomers as platform. The room was announced as one with desk and wardrobe, well there is no desk and nearly the half of the wardrobe is useless because the room is so small that the bed don’t let you open it. Beroomers would say that you have 24hrs to inform about this kind of observations, but what could you expect from them after the advice: avoid cancelation; and the cancelled and then non-cancelled booking, all without even asking?
Finally, yes, Beroomers is a platform, and they might use that argument to say that ‘if the landlord lie, they don’t have any responsibility’ but, as any other platform, their first job is to bring you accurately information.
That was my experience. Oh and I wrote them, about a week ago, telling this and what was their response? NOTHING AT ALL

I want to cancel a non accepted booking and i cannot
I'm in hurry trying to book something in porto. I booked something on beroomers but the landlord not confirmed yet and i wish to cancel it to find something else. I've send messeges everywhere on the site but they didnt anwer on the phone or to mails. The book is still pending but nowhere to be canceled . Plase delete it i've communicated with the team but its still there!. Do something
