Una delusione

Abbiamo acquistato ortaggi alla fiamma. La dicitura sul vasetto indica ' alla fiamma croccanti e gustosi per gli amanti del barbecue'. Una grande delusione. Le verdure si spiaccicano , altro che croccanti! Il sapore è solo data dalla salamoia salata . Lo abbiamo acquistato da Tosano (scadenza prodotto 30.9.2027). Si ha persino il dubbio che siano riciclati o stracotti tanto sono mollicci e di bassa qualità. Mai più prodotti di questo brand.
Noi li abbiamo dovuti buttare nell'umido.

Dopo la sciagurata mia decisione di acquistare dei carciofi alla pugliese di loro produzione (sott'acqua diciamo, anche se aromatizzata) ho provato a scrivere tre volte almeno all'azienda, ma...

Niente, mai nessuna risposta da parte loro.

Il marchio è storico, i prodotti alternativi forse frutto di scelte troppo ardite, la comunicazione invece... diciamo che è unica nel suo genere.
