Great Productbut next time I will go to Auchan- it is much cheaper!
My experience was overall very positive. The delivery was fast, and the quality of the Cremo product was excellent. However, I was disappointed to find that the same bottle was significantly cheaper at Auchan, and there it was also attractively packaged in a separate box.

Good service; payment could be easier
Excellent wine and good service from Bernard-Massard. But it would have been easier and quicker to get the wine to Denmark if I had been told to pay by debit or credit card rather than send the payment by bank transfer.

Best Crémants de Luxembourg

Perfect order fulfillment
Not living in Luxemburg, I arranged for delivery to a friend’s address in Luxemburg. Although the house number had changed and I wasn’t aware of this, indicating the now wrong number, the delivery reached the correct house. Perfect service!
