I was scared of returning an item by looking at the other reviews but I must say I was positively surprised. In less than 5 days they received the package and returned the amount and they kept me informed (via email of course) throughout the whole process.

I placed an order for a backpack on September 8th, and it has now been 18 days since my purchase. I have not yet received the backpack, and my attempts to reach out to the company through email have gone unanswered. This is unprofessional.
I should also add that the backpack was supposed to be delivered in 4 working days. At this point, I don't even need it anymore.
