I'm honestly fed up with Bergfreunde. I've ordered three times and two of them I was sent either the wrong item or the wrong colorway and then I was told that the one I chose wasn't available. So it does feel pretty deliberate.
The first episode was honestly unbelievable: I ordered a pair of The North Face mountaineering pants and was delivered another model (much cheaper), in another colorway, but with attached the label from the pants I originally ordered. Extremely scammy.
Today I was, once again, delivered the wrong colorway of a BD chalk bag, a colorway that isn't even listed on the site and, based on experience, I expect the right one to not be available.
Just a waist of time and an inconvenience since people plan on using the gear they order on trips they plan or competitions they attend.

Very happy with my purchase. Easy ordering and delivered on time and kept updated on its progress.

I feel very disappointed. A large store is selling goods that are out of stock. Shameful.
They canceled my order and increased the price of NeoAir Topo Luxe by 50 euros. I bought it on sale.

Purchased a number of times - every time had a great experience: accurate, fast, and on the one occasion that something wasn't right they fixed it after first contact.

I placed an order on the site and didn't right away notice there was option for Company order. I wrote them right after from the problem and if they can change the order to company order. It took them so slow to answer that by the time they answered I had received the package.

Their solution to problem was for me to return package and re-order everything because they cannot change invoice for "technical reasons". I can't understand what is so technical in it.

In my package I also received one item wrong, not what I had ordered and my item was missing. I am waiting for answer on this problem for two weeks already. I am not willing to pay for returning item that I did not want to order in first place.
