Some details
Good to see all categories, but miss little bit more filters and differences between biky trail and biky cross, because now it looks that’s similar models for using and different is only in visual. And for model moove is impossible to put hand brake and another accessories? Because when I want brake, it’s only for biky .
Delivery was good and quick when it goes from foreign country.
I’m happy with all, now we put it all together and looks so good 😊
Happy also for registration, but here was no manual where to find number - maybe one world that’s on box will be better, I was thinking it’s on bike 📦

Very Helpful Customer Services
I had an issue with the customs and didn’t get my original package which was due to arrive on the day before my grandson’s 2nd Birthday. I had phoned Customer Services to check on the update for delivery and they were very helpful. When I called again, the same lady knew my name and was very helpful. She arranged for another despatch of the bike. that day, & it arrived 3 days later with an additional gift for my grandson. Thank you Janine

Delayed customer service
I placed an order at the weekend and immediately tried to contact Berg to switch the order to a different upgraded model. Despite emailing them straight away I’ve been chasing via a number of different emails and the delay in their response has meant the trampoline is already shipped- something I no longer need/ want so a completely wasted journey for their logistics team as I’ll just refuse the delivery.
Really disappointing delay considering the price you pay for some of these items.

Great trampoline, but there is a missing part and I am still waiting for Berg to contact me to try and resolve same.
