I ordered a pair of winter boots and already the day after I realised that I had ordered the wrong size. As they already had been shipped Filip offered to put aside the right size for me and sent me a return shipment for my original purchase. The day after I received my shipment, sent it back and the correct size is on its way. Amazingly smooth and fast customer service. Can not recommend Beredd enough.
