All's well that ends well
Certifier came and was polite and professional. The cert was not delivered after five working days though I had raised that I would need it for an estate agent to proceed. The co-ordinator acted within a day when contacted so good response on the seventh day. Would have been good to know that it would take more time as I was counting on it but all ended well. Good response to issue raised.

Booked a Ber cert assessment online & paid the deposit of €40 with a balance of €160 after completion of assessment..Contacted Mr. McNeill to arrange a date & time. After he confirmed 07/06/25 @11.30am, he proceeded to give a speil on how little BerCert.com were paying him for his services which I found very unprofessional. He arrived 1hr later than confirmed time of 11.30 & his opening conversation on entering my home was, Have you got a room in the attic & quoted me €300 although the online price was €200. This man was arrogant in his behaviour. I emailed Ber.Cer.com immediately after he left & they immediately replied with a refund confirmation of my deposit and apology which I found to be good customer care & appreciated after this unpleasant experience.
