Before purchasing online with this company, please read t&c's - a subscription is added. However, i do not remember reading anything anywhere transparent on this. Cancelling is a nightmare as their customer services a frankly useless. Also, despite having an "agreed subscription" they don't send you what you have been charged for and will not refund. A chargeback is in process with my bank.

Dont trust this lot, tgey take your money then dont deliver anything, and dont offer any tracking info or explanation. Save your money -dont be robbed

GFOUK Patches don't work and won't stick easy. Also I got a subscription which I did not opt-in for.

But luckily I already removed the paypal automatic subscription from this fraudulent company.

Absolute rubbish. Don’t waste your money. I sent an email. Got no response. No refund. Not sure what the people in the ad were using, but it sure isn’t what I received.

Never received products. They stopped responding to emails. Total scam.

Received my order. Terrible product. Shame on me for not reading reviews first. Third day of using and absolutely NO results. Greasy. I’m going to reach out to the company but reading the other reviews I’m not expecting much.

This does not work at all. Greasy and I think it made my eye bags worse after using it a couple of times. Very disappointed in product and myself for hoping it would do at least something and falling for the hype

If I could zero stars I would. My order didn't arrive. I asked for a refund and they said they can't as their refund policy is with 7 days. Absolutely fuming. They stole my money and have the audacity to tell me about their refund policy. IT NEVER GOT SENT SO THEY TOOK MY MONEY, NECER SENT IT AND REFUSE TO EITHER SEND THE PRODUCT OR REFUND. CONTACTING TRADING STANDARDS.

I told them I wanted to cancel, and they said you have to cancel within 12 hours of ordering. Ordered on April 16, gave me a tracking number and the items still have not shipped on April 25th. They do not even deserve 1 star.

Does not work..Absolute rip off..Should be removed from sale the price is ridiculous, you expect this when you pay £2 but for £30 you expect to see sone sort of result but nothing at all using this product..False advertising too as seen the same video they use on other products?? Will not refund me either.. Ignore you when you ask for refund..

Refused to cancel and then didn't even ship.

I cancelled within the terms stated (5 minutes after ordering) and they refused to cancel. I contacted my bank who said this was untrue, they could have cancelled the order easily.

Then they didn't even send the item, and have not responded to emails. I've had to lodge a claim with the bank.

Do NOT order from this company. I placed an order weeks ago and it never shipped. Customer service has been useless in addressing the issue. I'm going to issue a chargeback with my bank to get a refund.

Never received my order. Sent an email but got a returned email saying email doesn't exist. I attempted to call the customer service number.. no such number.
Horrible service. Requesting a refund will take a miracle.

So disappointing. I purchased a 'buy one get one free' Instant Firming Eye cream as advertised all over Facebook. It cost me over £30 with P&P included, direct from Berbax. It took ages to arrive. I used it and followed the instructions, taking before and after photos. Turns out the after photo looks way worse than the before photo! It has done the exact opposite to what this miracle cream claims to do! Rubbish! Then i find it on Amazon a fraction of the price and i would get free delivery too, would have cost me under £5! How can buying from a retailer be so much less than buying direct?

I think they are hoping that one may forget about it!

Product does nothing and customer service does even less!!! Will NOT stand behind their product. Looks like I wasted $40 dollars...

Worst company I ever have to deal with sent emails loads of times but no joy still waiting reply back telephone number none exciting on there site. Tracking says ready to ship 7 days later still says the same ready to ship what's going off with this company these should be reported to rogue traders
