unprofessional WEB service - I have ordered and paid the specific item, but it turns out that web shop is not accurate... so, I was waiting the order confirmation for more than 5 days, just to find out that my order was cancelled due to the product unavailability 😾
WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN - Very very unprofessional online store! I ordered shoes this week on Monday, paid for them AND shipping online and waited for the order confirmation. They said that the confirmation will be in 2-3 days, but it came only on Thursday. They said that they will be delivered on Friday, but they didn't arrive.
I called the delivery service as well and they said that the shoes didn't even left the warehouse and they also mentioned that I have to pay the shipping, even though I already paid it online!
Of course, Beosport (the online shop) isn't answering emails or phone!
