extremely dodgy service ! after full year of renting and vacating office in Victoria - we have asked for our deposit to be returned. they have checked and al good regarding our office that was in fact not used for a year due to change in business operations however we still paid all monthly rent etc. They said we have £3000 plus to be returned and that they are processing it. That was in September 2025. we are in 2026 and still no signs of returning our money. we have called , emailed several times and all we hear is that they are seeking approval from financial department ?? i mean really it take so long as 4 months ? i think its violation of their terms as well and we have too see legal now which is so frustrating. all their businesses seem freshly opened which indicates of potential tax and vat avoidance techniques that i only suggest not say they do it but by the way they are dealing with clients - its very suspicious 1 avoid guys don't go there they will rip you off !!

Moved my company into Somerset House, Birmingham last month and we are all very impressed with the services, excellent facilities, whilst our new serviced office is so good. Plus everywhere just smells divine. The people are friendly and cannot do enough, whilst to actually have social events that are good is such a big plus for my team. Feels good to be in the centre of Birmingham, heart of the City where everyone knows where we are!
