Bento for Business Reviews 

I have been very impressed with my "Bento for Business" card and the many features that I am able to control via the web app. The ability to track my expenses as well as those of my additional card holders allows for precise accountability. I especially like that I can set spending limits and restrictions on the type of products that can be purchased with the individual card holders.

We've only been on Bento just shy of a month - so only 4 stars because I don't know how the billing/statement portion looks, but if it is anything like the service I've had from Bento this far - I'll be changing it to a 5 star!
Each of my employees has their own card. I LOVE that I can see in real time what they are spending and where. I've been able to place limits, and then modify as needed. Recently, a tech went over his limit - I logged on from my phone and was able to adjust his limit so he could immediately finish his transaction. The couple of times that I've had questions or concerns, I just hop on the chat section and the representative is quick, courteous, and knowledgable. I HIGHLY recommend Bento to any business owner, but especially small/medium businesses where we need control, yet we allow autonomy from our employees. We don't have anymore "lost" receipts. (You know the ones that they purchase on corporate account and then they never get turned in? And there is no way to track who purchased it...) Switch to Bento!!

We have used Bento for our small business for a few years now and we are very pleased. It is easy to use and it integrates with our time tracking software. The best part is that Bento files all our IRS forms on our behalf and prepares and distributes W-2s for our employees in a very timely manner. In addition, we get reminders of employee birthdays and work anniversaries, which is an added bonus. We find it excellent for the price and highly recommend Bento.

User friendly, easy to use, provides a great and quick overview of what's going on!

Works ok, not great.

The biggest problem is it takes several days to add funds. Weekends, any banking holiday, etc doesn't count so anticipate a week most of the time.

It would be nice to have better capabilities for matching individual statements and expense reports, but that's more of an issue with other software than Bento.

Awesome product for my business. Great young company that actually listens, they even had a conference call to get my direct feedback!

Working out great. Just wished money showed up on the card quicker.

Web site is a little slow. Time needed for transfer of time is a little uncertain.

Everything else works well.

Customer service responded quickly. The issue we have is that the program does not allow for or show monthly statements! Even so, there is no way for it to show a current balance at the time of a past transaction or range of transactions. The card is treated like a credit card in our accounting systems and needs to be reconciled every month. The Bento program does not allow that to be done with ease and accuracy.

Totally the best prepaid option for small business

I have saved enough on Bento to pay the cost many times over. One of the best decision we have made regarding administrative controls ever.
