Never shipped item. Never responds to emails. Complete scam. Initiating a chargeback on my card tomorrow.

It’s not made easy to make returns. I’ve had no reply from B&C to my request to return items.

Do not use, shirts of poor quality and cost to return to China £26.

Ordered a size 13 pair of loathers took 2.5 weeks to arrive and were trash, far too small (10 maybe).
Sent mail to customer non service and had no answer after 2 weeks.
Never again

Benson and Clark is GARBAGE. I ordered a few jackets (sizing up because it's made in China) and even the 4X couldn't fit the 2X body I was trying to dress. Horrible material and completely ill fitting. I returned a week later and had to pay $100 to ship to China. Awful. My package has been sitting in customs for two months and the company won't collect it or respond to me. I'm now out $300 for those crappy jackets plus shipping. I advise against ordering from this company at all costs!

Be transparent abiut refunds and exchanges. Don't offer it without paying for shipping, since it's 400% the price of the item to return from the US.

This is a scam website, DO NOT USE. I ordered some clothes from this website a couple of weeks ago and they have not arrived. I emailed the address on the website and have received a bounce back informing me that the email address is not valid. It's all a complete scam!!

Scammed unfortunately. Product is cheap and nasty. Nothing is the quality as described. Shipped from China and takes forever (or not at all). No customer service just automated AI emails from people with made-up English names. This is just a Chinese company stealing from Westerners. You are basically chucking money down the toilet if you buy from them.

I ordered a shirt for my husband. It arrived fairly quickly but it was too small. Dammy at customer services was very helpful and I am now awaiting a bigger shirt free of charge.

Don't order from this company. Quality and size was terrible and when tried to return they would not respond. I tried calling and numerous emails

Returned a cashmere jumper in January because it was far too small and not 'large' as requested. Since this time they have ignored all requests for a refund and I can only think that their existence is simply run a scam operation. Stay well away!

I’m usually very careful about where I shop online, and Benson & Clark’s website looked trustworthy, so I felt confident placing an order. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish.

I ordered an apron that appeared beautiful in the photos, but the item I received was completely different. The color was much darker, the fabric felt low quality with a strong chemical odor, and it arrived with odd extra pieces that weren’t pictured. The overall shape didn’t match what was shown online, making me question whether it was even the same product.

Customer service offered me two options: keep the item with a 15% discount or return it to China at my own expense. The cost of return shipping would have been nearly as much as the item itself. I responded to request a fair resolution, but they never followed up—and my last email bounced back.

Thankfully, I was able to dispute the charge with my credit card company and get a refund.

Do not shop here. The website is misleading, the products are poor quality, and there’s zero customer support. Avoid this company at all costs.

Ordered a couple shirts and literally took months to ship. When they arrived they were super cheap material. Emailed the company to express my dissatisfaction and never heard back.

This is a big scam don’t buy from them the quality is poor and the prices are too high takes ages to deliver and if you ask for refund or return the given email address doesn’t even exist

Inferior quality, the clothing is really poor quality and materials!! scam website, everything is shipped from China, no UK base or warehouse.
If you can contact them by email and that's a big if, they advise you to take a picture of yourself wearing the item ( to see if it's too big or small). Then they decide if the item needs to be returned? All items that need to be returned for refund are at your own cost back to China.

Take forever to be delivered. Not transparent on the website! Vague fraudsters.

Order shoes for a wedding and was told it would take 4-11 days after order was received, I ordered a month n half in advance before the wedding and it’s a month after the wedding and they still haven’t came and now their email blocked me cause I asked for a refund make it make sense

Rip off alert. I recently ordered a jacket. I did not realize the company was in China, which would have been a giant red flag. First it takes weeks to receive. It is obviously dropped ship to some address in the US and then mailed to you. I did receive the jacket which seemed 3 sizes too small. Also quality is poor. I checked their return policy which is pretty non existent. When I tried to use their customer support contact info via their support email address only to have my email return with the declaration that the email did not exist. So I am stuck with a very cheaply made jacket that is 2 sizes two small with no recourse other than to write this email. Hopefully others will check this out before purchasing. I assume any good reviews are probably fake!

Awful company. Avoid at all costs. Sent me a pair of shoes that looks nothing like the website that were much smaller than ordered. Had one email offering an exchange. I said I wanted a refund and despite multiple emails I've sent I've heard nothing weeks later. Scam of a company. If they were UK based I'd take a trip to their office to have a word.

Same experience as the others. Very low quality, the shirt is awful. It really doesn't look like what they show online. They sell for 30€ what they pay less than 1€ to produce. I wish I checked the company before on this website. I already know for sure I am not getting my money back.
