Is Ben's bus an actual bus provider or just a distributor?...
Quite disappointed by the service. I booked the bus from Lyon to Tignes and instead of a designated bus, we were put on an SNCF bus that made tons of stops and then I had to make a connection to another bus along the way. I as a result, the route that was supposed to take 3.5hrs on the Flix Bus took 6.5hrs. It seems that Ben's bus just sells leftover seats of other various bus providers.

Weve used Ben's twice now and would not hesitate to use again. The communications were excellent and the buses were clean, comfortable and well driven. And it was great value. It's obvious that Ben's is run by an intelligent team who care about their customers.

Ben's buses in Geneva
The price point was absolutely spot on and helped make our trip viable. However, one small disappointment is the travel times do seem excessive which result in losing holiday time due to early collections and late hotel drops.
