I had an awful experience with this online clothing store. First, I ordered a trouser from them on the 11/12/24 the shipping took over a week. When the clothes finally arrived, they were nothing like the pictures on the website. The material felt cheap, and the sizing was completely off — I ordered a XL the largest size , but it fit more like an extra small.The quality of the clothing was subpar for the prices they were charging.

The website looked professional, and the clothes seemed stylish and high-quality in the photos, but it was all a complete scam.

Trying to return the items was even more frustrating. They don’t provide a return label, so you have to pay for shipping back to them, and their return policy is intentionally vague. I paid £35 for my item and when I created the return label online they have deducted £26 for the shipping fee and refunded £8 back to my account and did not receive the shipping label.

I was so frustrated and emailed them several times to ask why the shipping fee was too high and also about my shipping label. They don’t respond properly and repeat the same thing over and over again.

This company wasted my money Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere reputable. This company is a total rip-off!I. Avoid this store at all costs!I

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANY ONE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS

I bought a bomber jacket that took almost 3 weeks to arrive and when it did it was a cosplay imitation and now I can’t put in a refund request as there system is more than useless.
