Fantastic service

Fantastic service. I phoned their office on Thursday afternoon, the skip arrived first thing Friday morning, and it was collected later that same day.

They really don’t care

They claimed to be the “best local skip hire” I booked the skip on a Friday to be delivered on the following Monday. They take my money no issues.
Monday comes, no sign of the skip. When I call to ask why they say it’s because i didn’t reply to an email. I check my junk and sure enough there is an email saying “we can’t pick the skip up till Wednesday do you want a refund”. When i ask “ why didn’t you just call, you’ve already taken payment” the reply is “not my department”.
Fair play a skip arrived 2 hours later. Wednesday comes - the skip isn’t collected. I call up, “yea sorry collections are delayed i can’t get any decent drivers, ill call you back with an update”
No call back. Thursday arrives
“We’re delayed with pick ups by two days i’ll see if we can fit you in and call you back”
No call back. I call again Thursday afternoon, “oh yes there’s an accident” so i reply “look you’ve already missed the collection date, there wasn’t an accident yesterday or this morning, can you make it your priority?”
“oh we’ve only one driver as well”.
I’m done now, i’m clearly being mugged off. When i ask what’s going on with the, no return calls and excuse after excuse the reply i get is “it’s just one of those weeks, what do you want me to do? I can’t come physically pick it up”
There’s no hiding that they think customers are plebs.
I leave it at Friday and don’t call to give them a day to get caught up.
When i call on monday to enquire about collection day im told “it’ll be gone tomorrow”
Do they collect ?
Nope, it’s still there now……..

Save your money, do your research this company gives little to no cares about customer service and will constantly palm you off and treat you like an inconvenience.

Good morning, thank you for your feedback, please can you call the office, we do not know which address this relates to? We take complaints very seriously and once we know the address this relates to we will be able to listen back to the calls to get a better understanding of the situation You definitely have not been "mugged off" as you have suggested. One of our drivers had a stroke and we have struggled to replace his role. We had staff holidays that could not be changed and last week to try and resolve the issue we used an agency. They only provided one driver for half a day of the 5 we booked in. Our other driver was caught in an accident for several hours on the A127 when both ways were shut. This can be demonstrated on his taco card. All of these issues led to a severe backlog in skip deliveries and collections, which we are trying to catch up with this week. I would like to apologise for the service you have received and as soon as we know the address we will get the situation resolved.
