Web. site is nicely designed and easy to navigate, product selection is good but could offer a bit more choices, the relatively inexpensive shipping guarantee provides a level of assurance when ordering internationally, and first time purchaser discounts are always appreciated and often the reason elect to try products from a new vendor.

The quality of the clothing is excellent. However, there is no return for a refund, you can only exchange and the shipping cost is on you (unless the item was defected). The shipping takes over a week to arrive.
The sizing is more gear toward slimmer ladies. I am 5ft 3in, 120lbs, in the US I normally wear size S or size 4 or 6. But with Beneunder, I must order size M (or even L). It is very frustrated to do the exchange as it would take over 2-3 weeks and I had to pay for the shipping :(

I got an email.with a discount code and that's the link I used to do my purchase.
Turns out the link was "already used" and didn't work.
I don't like to be sent discount codes if they won't work because I thought it was a token of appreciation for returning customers and it was just a tricky misleading email.
I like the products from Beneunder, though.

I placed an order with four items during Thanksgiving days because they have the 20% promotion.
It turned out the their products are very low quality, definitely not worth the prices they listed even with the discount. I returned three items following their return policy but they falsely claimed that they only received one item and refused to return the other two items. This is the 1st time I have encountered a company trick the customer in this way. This is the game they are playing not honor the return for their customers. I am very disappointed with the influencers who promoted for them. Think twice before you placed the order with Beneunder. Do not buy from them if you don’t want to be dispointed or lose your money. This is not a company you can trust. Currently I am still going through the appeal process with the credit card company about the return issue with Beneunder.

Great website with original and quality products. I bought a pair of folding sunglasses, and they arrive in a very good time and a great presentation.

I am writing this over a month after my order was made.

FORGOT TO SHIP ONE ITEM AND NOW IT IS LOST FOREVER, WONT REFUND ME AND GIVE ME NOTHING

The product is okay and light weight but I feel that for the price of 60 aud for a tank top, you are better off going to Uniqlo for their airism products

they also forgot to ship one of my orders worth 50AUD so I asked them to refund or ship it if they can,. they responded promptly so they made a separate shipping with the missing item... however this item never made it to my house and was returned to sender. must me somewhere in the warehouses now. such bullshit courier service, I did not make any mistake with my address so if there is any missing info, why not give me a call? TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY

Terrible Return Experience

I had to contact customer service multiple times over four days before finally getting a reply with the return guidelines. I initiated the return process the day after receiving the items and mailed them back the same day I got the instructions. Now, they’re refusing to issue a refund due to an “obvious defect.” If there’s a stain on the pants, it was there when they arrived.

This was my first order from Beneunder, and it will definitely be my last. The return process has been unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. The items were returned in the exact condition they were sent to me, and it’s unacceptable for the company to blame customers for their own mistakes.

This entire experience has been infuriating. Beneunder is a scam, and their handling of returns and customer service is extremely difficult.

If discount codes can be chosen in a drop-down list at check out page is the best. And recommend the best discount code to use upon check out. Grab app has this feature.

Should have additional discount for member for each product as member moves up from tier to tier instead of only one discount code which cannot be used most of the time with other discount code.

The sizes of their products are very off. The measurements they posted online are not accurate. Return cost makes your purchase a risky experience. I will never buy from them anymore. Totally not worth it.

The customer service was very good.

The shipping is really slow. It says 5-7 days but actually took over 3 weeks. Customer service needs to reply back faster. Overall not satisfied.

The website navigation is not very user friendly, I found it's not easy to find the categories to choose what I want to look for. And the promotion code is deceiving as well.

The availability of size guide that is customised to each product, not a generic one (since each product has its unique design) is an impressive feature of the Beneunder experience. Referring to the weight and height chart under each size guide to find the most preferred fit is intuitive and easy.

I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with my recent shopping experience. I purchased five items from website, but only received four. When I contacted customer service about the missing item, they insisted that all five had been shipped, which I find both unprofessional and unacceptable.

As if the missing item issue wasn’t bad enough, the return process turned out to be even worse. The website advertises "free returns," but when I asked for a prepaid return label, I was told it’s not provided. Despite my efforts to get clarification on how to proceed with the return, the customer service failed to give me a clear answer, causing me unnecessary delays and wasted time.

This has been, by far, my worst online shopping experience. The lack of accountability for the missing item and the unclear, misleading return policy have made me lose trust in your brand. I expected much better from a company like Beneunder, but this experience has left me feeling frustrated and betrayed.

Good products, affordable price!

I liked the sunglasses I bought & I'm willing to take same as a gift to my best friend.
The box to put the foldable sunglasses is great to save place to put in my handbag. It can be hung in my bag

I like the size chart recommendation that provide both height and weight. Very helpful in chosing the size.
