Extraordinary experience
Extraordinary experience! My sibling and I flew in from Michigan and booked forest bathing with Beneath the Canopy to get a chance to relax and explore nature in Ireland. Orlagh was an amazing guide and provided helpful exercises to ease us into the relaxation process. We left feeling calm and grateful for the experience. Will definitely book again when we return to Ireland ❤️

Forest bathing with Orlagh - wonderful
Had a wonderful forest bathing experience with Orlagh last weekend. We were very lucky with the weather after all the rain recently. We did some lovely meditations and mindful walking through the forest. The pace was perfect. Orlagh is very knowledgeable about the plants, trees and Bird life. . It was so relaxing to immerse ourselves in nature and take time out to reset for the week ahead. We finished with a delicious cup of honey lemon and ginger tea and chocolate which we mindfully ate! Would highly recommend getting out in Nature with Orlagh. Orlagh and Cats podcast is excellent too.

Forest & Sauna Solstice day retreat
Thoroughly enjoyed the Forest and Sauna retreat on 22nd June in Ballard wood, Laragh, Glendalough. The alternating dips in the river with then into the sauna was rejuvanating and added another layer to the forest bathing experience. Cat and Orlagh were very helpful and great guides.
