Customer service is beyond quick and efficient.

I need to return my order because my son has the same product already
I am waiting instructions how to make the return and get the refund

Well when I ordered a Golf Daddy, I accidentally ordered it to the wrong address. So I sent an email to request a change and Coach Nikki was a great help! She was very quick to respond to my email and very considerate. She is a great worker and was lucky to have her to help me!

Great customer service. I am justcwaiting to get my replacement mat.

The customer service is absolute garbage. Essentially there is no customer service, no one real to talk to only the stupid AI thing on the site. And no one responds when you email them. The site told me that a return label had been emailed to me and nothing was in my inbox or junk folder. Was told by the AI on their site a customer service ticket had been issued. That was started two weeks ago and not one email from them yet. Also the app is garbage as well. Do not waste money on this scam.

The app is a lot fun. Its not going to be the most perfect simulator but its helpful getting practice swings at home and much more affordable option to use your clubs at home. I had some issues with the mat, but Coach Mark was super responsive with my issue and quickly processed a replacement mat. Really helpful customer service

I purchased the Golf Daddy before realizing our ceilings are too low to use this product. I immediately contacted customer service. Coach Mark was extremely helpful and efficient with getting my refund. I will keep this company in mind for any possible purchases.

5 star so far. I accidentally ordered 2 and requested they change my order and issue a refund for 1 and it was done in less than an hour.
