If I could give zero stars, I would.
In a word, their customer service is beyond disappointing

Terrible return policy
With paying $8 for returning
And even loss money after buying

Horrible customer service I ordered a 2 piece set they only sent the pants in order for me to get partial refund if have to buy another set first wait 6 to 7 business days until they receive the pants there email was very contradicting I pointed this out they were not apologetic at all only got 12$ half of what I paid they should have just sent me a new set very rude customer service will never ever Shop there again

I will always wear bench clothing, it's amazing quality. The only issue that I have is that none of the joggers have usable pockets, it's like the pockets are only for looks. They don't hold anything, and if you dare put an item in them then be ready to lose that item because it will 100% fall out.

I will not recommend they send damaged product and then do not refund or exchange product. The emails they send are so rude and humiliating as if as customer we have not paid for the product.

Ordered a men's 2 pack hoodies in XL.
Only one arrived and it was marked XL but more like a medium. No contact information and no one will help you. I purchased the insurance and was told they would not cover as it must have happened at the factory. This company is the worst I have ever seen and it sells the Bench name but is no Bench. DO NOT PURCHASE from them!!!!!!!!

Ordered leggings through Costco Next, and I have never received the items. I paid for shipping that was supposed to be 7-11 days; I ordered on 9/23/25, it’s been 15 days and the item has not even shipped yet. I have tried calling, but they don’t have live people to talk to, only voicemail. Terrible company

Inconsistant size and very very poor customer service

I ordered 2 jackets from bench online, on Dec 14th, when placing my order I double checked to make sure it would arrive before Dec 24th, one jacket was for my husband and one was for my son who was visiting for the holidays, neither jacket has arrived and it is now January 16th, I have messaged several times and have always been told it is coming, never would I have shopped online if I was told it wouldn't arrive before Christmas as the jacket for my son was one of his main gifts, truthfully at this point I am just frustrated with the run around, by the time those jackets arrive they won't be needed....please either just give me a date for the delivery or refund the money we have paid, it was Christmas, my son was here from out of town and I had no gift for him, showing him a picture of the jacket I ordered for him on Dec 14th and still not having it is not ok, this is not fair,when placing this order I was shown the latest date for delivery with Dec 24th, I cannot get a straight answer from bench and I am beyond frustrated at this point

Purchased a sweater and cotton threads hanging from sleeves after 2 months. Poor quality fabric and customer service non existent.

Ordered couple of joggers and t-shirts. They refused to refund and accept return saying that it’s final sale. At the time of my purchase it was not final sale. Very disappointed. It’s my last time with Bench.

I bought a hoodie and jacket paid through paypal and they refused to pay money back instead they forced a gift card on me and I'm currently awaiting for paypal to help me out since I don;t want anything from Bench canada ever!

ordered a hoodie for Christmas gift. It was returned to them as they don't deliver to P.O. boxes which was never addressed in the order form. Apparently they haven't processed the return yet which was 6 weeks ago. I paid through paypal so I am now relying on them for help

I tried to send a sweater back, they replied back asking for the reason of the return. I provided a reason and then they never replied back.
I have sent them numerous emails and they don’t reply back.

I wish that I had read the reviews before I purchased a coat from this company. I needed to exchange the coat for larger size. Thought they could do a straight exchange after I returned the item. I had to go through process of returning and purchasing the same coat only in different size.

They will not give a refund but sent a store credit when their website states full refund within 30 days. I sent it back within days!
They are forcing me to buy from their company by issuing a store credit when I want my money back!
And they are closing their Canadian stores!
How did Canada allow these scammers to open shop in a decent country?!
Everyone, anyone, do NOT make the mistake myself and all the other unhappy, frustrated customers made by buying from BENCH!!!

Do not order anything from this company. I ordered a BBQ jacket extra large And was sent the wrong jacket and wrong size not once not twice but three times. I’ve sent the jackets back and still have not received my refund. I have sent numerous emails and every single one has gone unanswered. This used to be a great company but now is sh** I’m not sure how a company in Canada can operate this way.

I placed an order on April 24, 2020. I contacted the costumer service lots of times either through phone call or email. The voice mail was always full and they have not replied to my emails too. I have over $200 store credit with them, and there is no way to get it back.
If you are going to buy sth from them, do not trust them, as you are going to lose your money. They do not care about the costumers at all. They simply ignore you, and you cannot reach them. You will not get the order, and you will not be able to get your money back (or it takes several months, if you could, but I am not positive about that).
I do not know how such a business is running here in Canada.
I wish I have not trusted them, but now I cannot get my money back, as they are saying that we will not reimburse your store credit back on to you credit card. And they also do not fulfill the order I have placed.

I was charged twice for a jacket. I have called numerous of times and left emails but no response. Not sure what else there is to do.

Put in an order May 14 and haven’t heard anything from them. Sent email twice and no response. I have never had issues like this with Bench before beyond disappointed.

Zero stars !!! I sent back my items for a refund ! because they were on sale, the refused to refund me , so I asked asked for my items to be send back to me . They told me that they discard the items !!!!!
They trashed my items !!!!!!!
Those items legally were still mine .... they don't have the right to do that !!! Please help !!
