I spoke with issabeller (Issy) over a new policy for my motorcycle and she was extremely helpful and excellent in her role on finding the right policy to suit my needs of cover and it was refreshing to talk to a biking enthusiast offering insurance.

I had tried to complete the process on line, but for some reason it didn't work. However, it was to my advantage. I called and spoke to the excellent Manny, who went through everything in detail. All done in about 10 minutes and an uplifting experience with someone who understood what I required. Sunny morning dealing with a competent person. Made my day.
