Isabella was excellent at communicating…

Isabella was excellent at communicating and sorting out a few details I had queries with. Also being a bike rider she was extremely knowledgeable about the insurance she was selling. I was impressed with her manner and professionalism

good problem solving

Had a problem with bemoto unable to send emails to me for some strange reason , which is why I never received my renewal.
Manny was the 2nd person I spoke to and sounded unconcerned when I spoke to him about this unfixable problem. Sure enough within 5 minutes he had effected a work around and flagged the system to advise others of it - very impressed ! Don't usually see this type service these days.
