Food brilliant but the site in general looks like it’s not cared for anymore. Whats happened? Rubbish everywhere!!! Bins all full.. staircases to car park and inside area near Asda is absolutely filthy! The place looks unkept. Which is a shame as it used to stand apart from the rest of the tired looking town centre. Sort it out Barons Quay.

Ordered the main and then refused the dessert with attitude.

Loved our experience in Bear Uttoxeter so thought we’d give Derby a try. Picked Irongate because it is open until 9 pm.

7:30 table, mains were delicious. 8:10, can’t order anything else because kitchen is closed. In my experience, this means no new covers starting to eat. When I challenged the fact that cake and ice cream are no real effort and was not impressed by policy, especially not to be warned “last orders”, I was greeted with attitude and not my fault.

Puddings in Pizza express it is then. Shame, I was really looking forward to it.

Easy to order, delivered safely on time , excellent beans . So happy customer and will reorder if I can’t get to the store

Every month, like clockwork, I receive a notification that my subscription delivery is on its way. Just five days later, it arrives. The communication is excellent, and the coffee is consistently delicious, making each day enjoyable.

Came in today, two members of staff completely run ragged ! One on coffee’s one on the till, the guy on the till has to take people there food also.
Waited 20 mins in a queue.. supposed to be a nice experience going out for lunch, made terrible as they don’t want to employ the proper staff.

The team at Bear Wimborne are just so lovely. Food is amazing and they do the best Chai Latte I’ve ever had ♥️

Placed the order on the 1st November and it did not arrive until 7th November missing the birthday date, the delivery address is close and suggest reconsidering the mail prefernce used for thier deliveries. However the recipient does love Bear and was happy to receive a gift voucher

Collected 9 magic stamps over time, only to be told that due to their transition toa new app i cant collect my 10th free drink. Wont be coming back.

Great coffee, direct to my door for my morning brew. What more could a girl want!

I ordered a voucher in line but made a mistake. The Nottingham team were excellent in rectifying my mistake and ensuring the voucher would work for my son as he returned to uni!!!

Not great. £6.20 which comprised of decent filter coffee with no option to add cream or milk and a cold single expresso and cold piccolo. Only went in because I saw it being raved about on YouTube but I’ll never waste my money there again.

Ordered online, coffee arrived promptly, great service, great coffee!
