Poor reservation department

Poor reservation department.
It took very long to confirm our booking for Xmas holiday. I received the official confirmation at 4:30pm and the cancellation from the same person at 5:15pm saying the place was already booked!!! After 4 weeks of discussion on price and package.
Poor customer recovery, using another customer name, offering another option, with much lesser facilities, ie no pool.
Very bad experience, we finally chosed another resort, plenty good ones in Malaysia

Amazing product for me and my kids

Amazing product that me and my kids use. in the beginning you definitely have to get used to it and it can be quite sensitive, but after that I even fell asleep on it a few times. really recommend
