I purchased the foot wraps. Unfortunately, they didn't work for me. They dont even come close to wrapping closed like in the demonstration videos. After being offered only a 30% refund OR a replacement product, I selected a massage roller. Then I was asked to confirm my choice several times which I did several times. A couple days later I was sent the 30% refund. Multiple emails to the company have been ignored. The stated refund policy says full refund or replacement and I got neither one of those. I will never order another product from them again.

the compression items are easy to put on, they do releave the swelling,

The knee sleeves were way too small. I cannot get them on even though I bought the largest size. I was disappointed since your wraps have always fit well.

They were a little less than expected as still needed two garments to cover the one area on me, measuring is still difficult to understand.

I had several open ulcers on both legs. I got the beltwell wraps and with treatment and the wraps they have all healed. The prescription wraps are impossible to put on by myself. I can put the belt wells on without help.

The first leg wrap was to small and i email them and a new pair was sent out ASAP and i did not have to return the pair that did not fit. Great service.

Item was as described. My husband has only used it a couple of days so I am unable to state how well it works. I am happy with my purchases from Beltwell thus far.

Calf wraps with the 6 straps greatly limits the ability to properly wear the wraps. With the straps on both ends they keep you from getting a proper fit. Keep all the straps on the same end so they don't interfere with each other.

Company states refund will be given if not satisfied with product. I am not satisfied and Beltway GIVES NO REFUND! All they do is give you the runaround. Will NEVER buy ANY products from them

Bought the back support for my miss,she has a herniated discs L4-5 Friday we attended here back Dr looks like she needs a operation but she needs to bring her BMI down along with her weight, he looked at the back support and said very good bit of kit very simple to use for the larger person, but don’t wear it all the time as you won’t feel the benefit of it so may be 1-2 hrs then waiting 3-4 hrs put on again but if your having a bad few hrs and it’s helping wear it so grateful price grate product thanks.

did not know this was overseas. never was mentioned. the product did not do what was said that it would do. compression. only getting a 30% refund on product.

LYMPHEDEMA LEG WRAPS
I have been testing the lymphedema leg wraps for a month. I really like them and would recommend them to my friends and family. I would like to see the straps redesigned.

I like the product - compression foot brace but it's no long enough - I have a swollen size 12 foot and the brace comes up short from the heel along the foot - it could be another 2 inches longer to almost completely cover the foot and leave the toes as they are

I have suffered from lymphedema since I contracted Covid in 2022. My doctor recommended compression therapy to help treat it. I found Beltwell on Facebook and decided to give them a try. It is a very affordable system and has helped me greatly. It is a very comfortable system to wear and can easily be worn under clothing.

I have been using lymphedema braces and products for at least 10 years and have literally spent thousands of dollars trying to find a product that works and isn't so bulky I can't wear regular slacks. Beltwell products have been the best find of my life. They are reasonably priced, last forever, and leave my legs with no swelling. They're so comfortable I can wear them 24 hours a day. The best product I've ever found for swelling in my legs. And so what if they're made in China - people all over the world make great products. Great customer service, too. Try them - you'll love their products.
