BelTile had just what we needed - 8x8 black and white square tiles for our laundry room floor. We couldn't find them anywhere else, and I had my heart set on a checkered pattern for this room. The sales associate was super helpful in helping me place my order.

Found penny tile with darker edge at a big box store but after install, we realized we had 2 different dye lots. We had to tear it out. Finding the same tile proved much harder than we thought. Many of the “white” penny tiles looked more blue. Finally found this tile and ordered a sample. It looked perfect but I called to make sure we would get the same dye lot as the sample. They were very kind and understanding with my concerns. It came perfect. All the same dye lot and I love how our backsplash turned out.

Working with BelTile was easy. Prices were fair and delivery was seamless.

You discontinued the light blue matte subway tile that I wanted, and offered me a glossy blue tile for replacement. Now I have to start my search over again.

The sample is beautiful and arrived a few days earlier than expected.

My tile was delivered very quickly. I was surprised because the samples that I had ordered took longer to arrive than the actual order. The company that delivered the products was very efficient. The driver even called me to make sure I was home. I’m very satisfied.

THERE AREN'T ENOUGH STARS TO APPLY TO THIS BUSINESS. TALK ABOUT "CUSTOMER SERVICE" AND BelTile IS ON ANOTHER LEVEL...THIS COMPANY AND THEIR "CUSTOMER SERVICE" PERSON WENT OVERBOARD TO MAKE SURE THAT I HAD AN "OUTSTANDING" OUTCOME. RELATIVELY NEW COMPANY BUT FOR SURE THEY HAVE "OLD SCHOOL" SATISFACTION AS THEIR #1 GOAL!!!!

I have ordered 3 times from here. The first x I received a broken tile and they replaced it with a new one, but we asked for the wrong thing. When we wanted to exchange it, we couldn't w/o paying for it since it was our fault this x. Also, their descriptions aren't clear, I accidently ordered too thick of ones that I can't use or return.The 2nd time they even sent a picture of the 2x2 tiles that would go good with my border, but they sent a different little flower design instead. Then when I ordered the pencil thin trim, I was given the 1/2 in. trim & now I have ordered more so I have enough if I go with a different configuration & I may get the right stuff but now it won't match & it's too close to my tiling time to change. Some of it's my fault b/c I shipped it to a different place than where I live to double check it faster, but if there weren't mistakes that wouldn't have been a problem. Shipping cost is outrageous, too.

The tile I ordered is beautiful, just as I was hoping for. It seems like it is good quality. When I emailed to ask about other product availability I got a response, with pictures, within minutes. I am very impressed with beltile and hope to have an opportunity to use their products again.
