I bought 2 mosquito lamps that resulted to be absolutely worthless. I had read a review online on a mosquito killer lamp for indoors and I bought 2. They advertise 1 - 2 days of shipping but it actually takes 2 weeks or more, which made me suspicious so I went back to my emails, and I realized that I had somehow been redirected to this company, which was not the company selling the actual lamp I had looked at. To make the story short, they advertise free returns, but you are on your own when shipping it back. I was afraid they would never refund my money so I took half of what I spent back. To top it off, when I tried reviewing the lamp on their site so other people don't make the same mistake, they don't allow me to put in a review. However they have a bunch of reviews with 5 stars, which I am pretty sure they are all fake. Shame on this company! Stay away from it.

We purchased something three weeks ago. Suddenly, today, there was a $39.99 charge. Calling the company, it seems this is a "subscription for enhanced services" or some BS like that. Customer service rep: "I will submit the request for cancellation and refund." Let's see.

I ordered a tool with the expectation that it would arrive within a week. Three weeks have gone by and I'm still waiting. And they added a "customer satisfaction" charge that I could not get rid of. Don't do business with this firm.

I ordered a pillow for side sleeper’s. This pillow sucks! I had it two weeks and it’s already flat! Poorly made! And I’m getting charged left and right for this stupid pillow! Hidden charges, unexpected charges and so on! How dare this company take advantage of hard working people! I hope this rip off company gets shut down!

Placed order and as soon as I hit submit I had 3 charges that I hadn't made My price should of been $30.74 but was charged $40.74 Haven't received order yet !! So we will see if I get my merchandise

Over charged/misleading price, immediate unauthorized charge afterward from another vendor. Canceled order, have to replace card.

It was a rip off. A big piece of plastic that won't turn and it's the cheapest piece of plastic. I will never be scammed by this company and I would like my money back.

After reading the reviews I realized this was a scam company I also had a charge for $9.95 which I did not authorize. The name on my bank statement was a different name then belro a company overseas. When I called my bank to complain about the charge turns out 2 more charges were trying to be put on my card for 2 other different companies associated with belro but luckily my bank caught it and denied those 2 extra charges. Now I had to cancel my card which I don't like doing but it saves me from them having my card information to keep charging my card. Don't know if I will get what I ordered but beware do not purchase anything from them.

It's a scam! If I could put cero stars I would. Beware. They will send you half the product you buy, and they will charge you for things you did not buy, like insurance for transportation or an automatic subscription that you acquire when buy anything from them without you knowing about it, etc. I t says the product comes from the US but it comes from China. It's a scam don't buy anything from them.

Bottom line: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Like others, I would rate them a "0" if I could! Stupid me, I placed an order online with Belro on April 19 for an item that said I would receive it the next day. Then on the same day I received the "order confirmation" email saying some ridiculous nonsense (these exact words): "Due to the extremely high demand for your product and President Trump's new tariffs causing a backlog with shipping companies, please allow 5-8 business days for your order to arrive after it ships." So fake!! I immediately, the same day, tried to cancel the order in various ways, including via email. Over the next few days I would receive emails saying they are "researching" my order blah blah blah. I told them PLEASE PROCESS A REFUND IMMEDIATELY. On April 21 I received an email saying that they have cancelled the order and that I would receive a refund within 48 hours. However, the very next day April 22, they processed my credit card charge! p.s. As of May 15, still no refund. Oh, and by the way, my credit card company initially flagged this purchase as fraudulent, but since I recognized the charge, I said it was ok. Again, stupid me! So, now I had to initiate a dispute through my credit card company to finally get the charge reversed. Good luck, right? Bottom line: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

This company is a scammer. I tried to order an alarm clock and was charged extra for shipping, though I never received the clock. I had to cancel my credit card because within minutes a number of charges were added. Thankfully the credit card company refused the extra orders.

I would rate it a zero if possible. They misrepresented the product and refuse to accept a return and provide a return label for shipping. They are claiming a 15% restocking fee, which I assume is how they make their money. Please do not buy from them, they are a front for a scam operation.

This company is a total scam. Do not purchase anything from them and definitely do not give them your credit card information.

I purchased a heating pad for my neck at $29 and was charged $34.98. I declined insurance AND any memberships at checkout. Low and behold... I was charged for insurance by Payrecovery at $9.95. And a couple weeks later I was charged $39.99 for a sketchy unauthorized membership. Immediately called my bank and stopped payment, flagged Belro, and Marenonline for 5 years on my bank account. Called Belro. Spoke to a horrible woman who told me to "f$ck myself" and hung up on me. She was totally unintelligible except for that! So I decided to email customer support...report that woman and reverse charges. And cancel that stupid membership that i never signed up for! I FINALLY got the charge reversed, and membership canceled. Now I'm going to have to get a new debit card because of the unease I feel over having dealings with this horrible, scammy company!!! Beware!!!!!

Ordered what looked like sequined top for special occasion. Said it would ship in a day but then received at least five emails (one immediately) saying it would be delayed. The item I received looked nothing like the product advertised on their website. The quality, material, and overall appearance was significantly different from the photos shown online, which is very misleading. What they sent is very cheap material. This must happen all the time, because if the photo is what people are attracted to and they send what they sent, they have to have a 99% return rate!!! I typed an email requested a full refund of the $35 plus the forced shipping and have received only CRICKETS!
DO NOT ORDER. I am working as a dispute with my credit card but they said the merchant has to cancel it. NEVER AGAIN. I will check for reviews on Trustpilot before I buy anything away from Amazon! These guys are real POS. (Pieces of s*)

Like other reviewers, I ordered one toy and declined the $9.99 'insurance' charge in case the post office loses the package. Then I got about 6 confirmations, each one stating that the charge would appear under a different name (i.e., a different name for each separate confirmation), including the $9.99 extra charge. I also got a fraud alert from my credit card company. I immediately called my credit card company, canceled my credit card, & also canceled each order. I will see what happens next.

PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED by this company. First they promised that the product would be delivered in one day. Then when you order, they automatically tack on an unsolicited $9.99 charge! When I called to complain about the charge, a person with an unintelligible accent explained that the problem would be corrected. It wasn’t. When I called to cancel the whole order, they told me that the 24 hr cancellation window had closed. This is an absolutely ridiculous hidden policy designed to defraud! What is more, the “orthopedic shoes” that I ordered came two weeks later and were complete knock offs. I might as well have ordered cardboard. I am totally disappointed by this company. I had to drive thirty miles to the home branch of my banking institution to cancel my debit card to prevent this company with its various aliases from siphoning more money from my account. I just wish there were a more robust alert system put in place on the web to warn unsuspecting buyers about fraudulent businesses!!!! I regret that I did not check the reviews before I ordered.

This company advertise like they are an American based company and you will get your product next day. I placed an order for a mouse trap that is a time sensitive purchase as they're eating everything in my garden. I received no tracking information until I emailed them twice and then they told me it was coming from China and would take 3 to 7 business days. My garden will be gone by then! I asked to cancel and refund and they said it was too late to do that. They also charged me an extra $9.95 for protection that I did NOT want even though I selected no thank you. They didn’t provide an itemized bill before the payment was taken either. Strongly recommend not doing business with this company.

I ordered tennis shoes. Not only was the order more than a week late, but the e-mails were unprofessional, and scam charges of 39.99 appeared from different companies at least 5 times before my credit card had to be cancelled. The original purchase was around $52 on 3/21/2026. The other charges appeared after this date until 5/10/2026 when my card had to be cancelled.
