Slow service and iffy product
First of all, I'm stupid, I clicked on an Instagram ad and spent money.
Loved the concept of this clothing company, with various pastas printed on t-shirts and hoodies so I bought one.
T-shirt arrived, not particularly well-packaged, very creased, smelling of chemicals and about two sizes bigger than a Medium should be. It was also thin and felt cheap, when it wasn't.
I went to the website to find out that you need to return products to Italy and you need to email them to get permission first, which is ridiculous. Clearly they make the process difficult so you give up. I emailed them, once to their email address and once via their online form to request a return and finally got a reply.
Too expensive to post item to Italy so have donated item to someone it might fit
Advice to company, if you sell in The Uk, let customers return items to The Uk or you’ll no one will ever trust you.
