Scam company, i ordered 4 money boxes, which never arrived, where apparently sent to the incorrect country, which is rubbish, they do not respond to emails, they just take your money.....NEVER USE THIS COMPANY IT IS FRAUD

SCAM -Would give zero stars if I could. AVOID - ordered money boxes in September - have received nothing. I have been chasing up through PayPal and on the website only to be given 2 different tracking numbers - 1 from the USA the other from China!!! Message from vendor asks me to be patient. Not holding out any hope of receiving items! Wish I’d checked the reviews before ordering

I ordered 3 money boxes at the beginning of October. Order never arrived. Contacted them multiple times, to no avail. Tracking numbers don’t work. Complete scam. Don’t order from them. I wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered.

Wish I’d read reviews first. I ordered 2 money boxes in September and am still waiting for them. I’ve contacted on numerous occasions but keep getting gobbed off. Tracking says they are in Cambridge where they’ve supposedly been for a month! Someone seriously needs to do something about this as they are ripping people off with hard worked for money in a cash crisis too!

Avoid at all costs!!! Do not order from this company!!!!! I stupidly ordered 5 of these letter money boxes!!!! all was ok until it reached United Kingdom (cambridge) then my updates stopped!! I emailed the shipping company they replied with what must be an automated reply ' click here to contact seller, when I clicked on it I got a malicious malware warning do not visit site...... I then emailed beloved ours only to get the sane response as the so called shipping company!! Im so annoyed iv emailed and threatened legal action........ how dare they rip people off like this?? I have been on 'Beloved ours ' website today and its totally changed when I searched wooden letter money box it came back with " NOTHING' so none of us will recieve a wooden letter money box if we ordered one.......
I have all my order details and won't stop until I get a refund from these fraudsters

I have recieved two letters one which has s line going right thro it and on both the perspex has not been smoothed off. It took three weeks to get from birmingham to london two different two different shades and different sizez . Its like trying to break into fort knox getting thro to these scamners

If I could give no stars, I would. Absolutely robbed by this store. Emailed them and got response. Replied to the link provided in the response. Followed the instructions and it is a continuous email circle. Received the same email. Clicked the link. Complained and received the same email. The “chat” is useless also. Do not use this site
Update: received same
Emailed again this morning, clicked link and chose “want to dispute my order” option. Site then reads “dispute process would be complicated, please Contact us first.
Please believe that we will provide you with the best solution”.
This then takes you to the contact page which leads to continual email circle.

If it were possible I wouldn’t give any stars. Total scam company.ordered 3 wooden money boxes from what I thought was an American company (turned out to be Chinese) all good at beginning, tracking notified every day unit it reached Oxford Uk. Then it turned into a nightmare. Emailed shipping tracking they said to contact seller, contact seller, got the exact email to contact seller. Emailed customer support who gave a link to contact. Did this and was given an apology with a new tracking order, used this got the same email, contact seller. This has happened 4 times. This mornings reply after threatening to contact Mastercard, trust pilot and solicitors, I got another tracking number with completely diffing shipping dates. I’m fuming that Facebook doesn’t do anything to stop the rogue sites.

Do not buy from this company the items are awful!
After waiting over 6 weeks for my items to arrive I could not believe what I opened.
One of the money boxes looks nothing like they advertise - dark brown wood with a plastic cover that is not clear. A child could make something better. It’s horrible and will be throwing it in the bin.
They are tiny - not as big as they advertise either.
I have constantly contacted them since Thursday and I get an automated message saying I have received what I ordered!!
It looks like everyone else finally received their orders on the same day looking at the other comments and are complaining just like me!
Awful company, awful products and awful customer service!

I've been waiting 44 days for a delivery, have been sent 3 different tracking numbers. Customer service is appalling and they refuse to cancel my order even though they can't fulfill it. Lied to by customer service saying there is only 2 tracking numbers, 1 from china and 1 from England. Not a UK company. Avoid at all costs. Still don't have my order. Have been waiting since 13th October.

Ordered 2 money boxes 30/9 no tracking info. Numerous automatic generated responses advising me to be patient and wait. Arrived 23/11 Chinese printing across the front Perspex cover….. see picture above my name.Disgraceful!!

Ordered 3 money boxes in early October. Only received tracking emails which lead nowhere. The company do not respond. They took more money out of my account than I had agreed to pay. I complained to paypal and £6.33 was returned but they still have my £31 and no moneyboxes. Ive tried again as a final resort. I will let you know if I get a response. One very disappointed customer.

Scam- same as all the other reviews, ordered 26th September from an instagram page- received tracking info, states shipped from USA and has cleared customs and is in oxford 26th oct, still not received 20th November- seller is from china and keeps telling me through PayPal claim to be patient! Think I’ve been patient enough, requested a refund!

I really wish I’d looked into this company before ordering. I ordered money boxes that were advertised on instagram 5 weeks ago and still not received them, contacted them via email and they telling me to be patient!!! Seriously not happy. If this was my company I’d be embarrassed to read these reviews, do I think they’ll do anything to improve their service - absolutely not!!!!!

Do not order from this company. I ordered money boxes in October and despite several emails with automated responses I have not received the goods and have received no direct reply from the company.
I have received 2 different tracking numbers, one with departure from USA other from China.
So bottom line do not use this company unless you want to throw away money.

Same as all the others, ordered end of September 2 money boxes, tracking seemed good until the goods reached the Uk then the tracking ceased, I chased via e mail but like others just received fobbing off replies asking me to wait a little longer for updates
I have since found a lot of similar sites all advertising the money boxes, all the websites were set up in 2023 and several have the same blog particularly the one showing a family of four saying they are a family run business so this family is probably a stolen identity
I have reported it as a scam on Facebook
I will never buy from a Facebook advert again as they clearly do not check the authenticity of these ‘sponsored’ companies

Unfortunately the lowest star is a 1 but not worthy of that.
I ordered 3 moneys boxes then offered a discount on the 4th.
Purchased Sept 28th. After numerous emails to the company, shipping company and pay pal for a refund I'm still waiting. Then today one arrived and wow what a misleading advert they are smaller than they look and cheaply made. Avoid this company don't get ripped off like I have 😡😡😡

Total scam! Ordered money boxes in September. Email and tracking sent. Tracking showed in October near my address, now November..new shipping company/tracking in China. Sent emails ..keep saying to be patient and beware tracking DO NOT BUY ..SCAM !

As everyone else has said, DO NOT BUY - this is a scam. Ordered 10/10 on Facebook (won’t be doing that again!) and had lots of shipping emails then no further correspondence since 6/11 (they’re in Manchester, apparently). Spent £26.76 with this company! 😩 what a waste of money.
