I ordered 2 of the wooden initial money boxes on the 10th November. Was informed on 9th December they are in the UK somewhere in Lincoln but heard nothing since. Sent 3/4 emails but going round and round in circles as he keeps telling me to contact seller which I have been doing and nothing. Obviously I’ve been conned, it’s just so frustrating… these were for Christmas presents but doubt they will ever turn up now… not happy at all.

I really don't want to even give them a one star, I had to so as able to report this crap. Emails saying arrived in Edinburgh about 3 weeks ago. Then nothing. IT'S ALL A CON.
Says it's arriving from the USA after reading these reviews seems it is more like the Chinese crap that is for sale on the internet.
Someone needs to look into this company as it is taking money from people under false advertising .

Ordered 6 money box letters early November, still no sign of them. Same old story from an awful customer services who won't give me the CEO name or its complaint process. I asked for a refund. I think I have been conned but who do I report it to?

The items eventually from China, not as advertised. Quality is shocking. Beyond poor customer services.. I don’t believe they even exist. Bought some elsewhere as never thought product would arrive. Better quality and better made. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

Fake company. Not UK based. Tracking not real. Items don't exist. Nothing ever received. To make matters worse they must be paying Klarna as they are making me pay for fresh air!

I ordered two letters money boxes at the end of October. And they still havent arrived. Tracking says still in Edinburgh for about 4 weeks and no further updates. And there is no way of finding out when they will arrive or no way of contacting them. Very frustrating. They were for Christmas. Doubt they will arrive now. 😔

Ordered 5 letter money boxes on 4th October still not received them on 15th Dec!
I have sent numerous emails, with no response other than sending to the tracking system, which is an infuriating automated system. I have emailed the tracking company who have sent me to the seller! So I'm stuck in a constant circle with no answers from anywhere.

Really infuriating!

Ordered 3 money boxes for my grandsons 7 weeks ago for Christmas.
Still waiting delivery. Have emailed them many times only to be told they are in transit and cannot give me a date.
Asked for refund. No reply.
Do not use. Terrible service.

I ordered 4 of the money boxes over a month ago these are Christmas presents, the tracking tells me they are in Oxford and still there, after several emails sent all I keep getting back is they will look into it, I’m smelling a scam company here after just reading the reviews that other people are still waiting for theirs. I will keep emailing or find a number to ring them for a refund if I don’t receive these before Christmas

Don’t even want to give one star. They are useless. Ordered 3 money boxes in October and they still haven’t shown up. Have had about 15 automated emails but no actual resolution.
They can’t just admit they’re lost. I want a refund but don’t hold out much hope.

Same as everyone else, should have read the reviews prior to ordering. Ordered beginning of November, still waiting. Customer service is shocking!! Never again

Very poor service ordered 2x money boxes 6th November and 10+ email's later still no response, just get,contact courier and that they are in warehouse on route, I will keep pestering them till I get a response from them

Awful customer service. Ordered in October, still waiting! An auto customer service, which keeps telling me someone will call!! I have contacted them 12 times, am still waiting. Have now asked for money back. Do NOT use.

Ordered 7 wooden money boxes at the end of October, still waiting for a delivery. Its obvious I'm not going to receive these prior to Christmas. I won't be ordering anything from them again and certainly won't be recommending them to anyone.

Absolute scam. They will take your money and not fulfil the order.

Got fed up of “please be patient” emails that they’re responding with. Requested a refund and they’re ignoring me, just stating the parcel has been sent.
Can’t seem to find them in Instagram now to write a review.
They charged me more than stated on my order.
I’m sure that the “positive” reviews they have on here are fake.

Ordered wooden money boxes in October still not received. Chased this was told had been delivered, I didn't receive it or get a card/ email it had been. They told me I would have to pay another fee to reorder. Asked for refund but they are refusing.SCAM!!

Of October and have still not arrived. No communication and The fact that the “wife” doesn’t even know how her “husbands” name (Shawn/sean see about us page) is very concerning and making me think I’ve been scammed. Will be seeking legal advice.
