I am in shock at the poor service. You cannot book online, says to email/call no one answers the phone or email so you turn up another day (as soon as they open) to be met with they are full for the day (despite availability being green the day before). We ask about monthly pass but then told best to wait until next month as it expires the next day (not a 30 day pass) no good when wanting to use it over half term week! We are then told they don't provide controllers so have to use keyboard and once pc turned on and set up there is no help as they have no staff running the belong area! PC took forever to load, then my daughter kept getting kicked out while playing. After an hour she had spent longer watching a loading screen than actually playing. While there, others were complaining. I'm actually glad now we couldn't get the monthly pass as I doubt we would be able to use it. Definitely will not use again.

I found the information advertised and the store advice to be different and very miss leading. Wanted to contact company to find the true answer. It does not seem possible to have a discussion, the online email option would not help with my issue.
