Love the scent, my customers love it too. Delivery was fast and customer service very friendly. Will definitely order again.

No response to two emails and a message sent to their Instagram account regarding returning an order and cancelling a subscription. I'm now requesting a charge back from my bank for the order. Unacceptable lack of customer service.

On the 25th of October 2025, nearly 7 weeks ago I ordered 2 shampoos and 2 conditioners for my chihuahua dogs. I received an acknowledgement of my order and £40.00 taken out of my debit card. After a month waiting, I have sent over 4 emails and sent 2 messages on their Instagram page. No responses. I asked for a full refund of my £40 so the transaction can be cancelled, as customer services is not looking promising. I want my money returned. Highly disappointed. Does not even deserve one star. I have receit as proof of purchase. #26059

Super nice customer service and very good products.

I still haven’t received my order. Their email doesn’t work. They keep sending spam emails instead of my order.

I always love natural products that work well. Makes a real difference in tartar build up with my dog.

Been trying to cancel subscription and had no reply from company. I have way more than I need and I keep getting money taken out and them sending more. Its so frustrating as no option to cancel subscription yourself in account, only writing to them. So had to block them from my bank as they haven't replied.

Really a top product, have been using it for 4 years for our dog. Also use other products and yes can definitely recommend.

Order always comes in correctly and I'm really pleased with all the products from Belly Dog. My dog smells wonderful.

All products are amazing of bellydog. The only thing that they can improve is the packaging and shipping.

This is one of the products I always trust. My dog is full of allergies and BellyDog is one of the few brands I truly rely on. No allergies side effects apart from looking extra fluffy and smelling really good.

My friend that I work with had got my dog a “welcome to Germany” gift bag and had some of your products in it.

The shampoo was really great, and the salmon oil is really helping her fur.

Until today I have not received my order 27928 and for two days now your company is not replying to my repeated emails with request for explanations. This is zero stars - for not delivering the goods and for completely ignoring customer who paid and does not know where is the order.
