My honest experience : BelluBeauty helped me out extensively with creating a Korean skincare routine for my skin type the support team was extremely friendly and replied pretty much instantly asking me about products I’ve used already and my skin goals and concerns and tailored me great recommendations for products to use, overall I’m happy with the experience and will be placing my order tomorrow and looking forward to receiving my new K-Beauty products!

I heard about this store from a friend and gave it a try, I was honestly surprised at how quick they dispatched my order and the amount of freebies they gave me! The products were the same I’ve purchased from stylevana and I only waited one day for my order to arrive rather than 2 weeks. Overall, happy with the experience and will defo order again!

I’m writing this review because I feel people should be aware of my experience with Bellu Beauty.
I received a package containing several products and initially believed that some items were missing. I contacted Bellu Beauty to explain the situation, expecting a reasonable and reassuring response. Instead, I found the response extremely hostile and intimidating.
I was told to check everything, including my Ring doorbell footage and with my neighbours. I was also told that they had carried out a “thorough investigation” and that, from their side, nothing was missing. They then said they would investigate further with Royal Mail.
The way this was communicated made me feel as though I was being accused of lying or doing something wrong. I genuinely felt like I was being treated as though I had committed a crime, and it left me extremely frightened and upset. I was so distressed by the interaction that I had a sleepless night.
I subsequently checked everything thoroughly and discovered what had actually happened. The missing contents had fallen out of the packaging because the parcel had apparently been left in a damp area by Royal Mail while I was not at home to receive it.
I immediately informed Bellu Beauty that I had found the products. To be clear, the items were not stolen or missing from the delivery in the end. However, what has really stayed with me is the way I was made to feel when I initially contacted the company.
Mistakes and misunderstandings with deliveries can happen. What matters to me is how a company treats its customers when they raise a genuine concern. I found the response unnecessarily intimidating and distressing.
Based on my experience, I personally would not feel comfortable ordering from BelluBeauty again

I tried to order on this website but they simply cancelled my order when I questioned whether or not they were selling non genuine items.
When I questioned why my order was cancelled and indicated that I would be leaving a review, the company threatened me with potential legal action if I left a negative review. Very scary interaction and I will never be making an order on their website again.

Yes delivery good but the balm stick on tik tok shows which is fake. My balm stick FAKE.... GREASY AND OILY
