I posted below - here’s an update - they finally emailed me back, and I made sure I responded within hours. I told them I wanted to return the items for a full refund. Still no reply. It’s now Friday so I’m guessing they won’t get back to me over the weekend. Absolutely AWFUL. I’m wondering if there’s something everyone needs to do since this is a reoccurring issue? It’s like this company is stealing and a total scam. The clothing probably costed all of 25 cents to make, it’s insanely cheap and low quality. Gross.
Update: I finally received a response via email. They stated they will refund the amount and allow me to keep the items. We’ll see if that happens!
I have now emailed you guys again regarding my two dresses. I still have gotten no response after you replied to me on here. I want a refund. You told me to write to you ASAP and I have without a response still. There is no other way to contact you guys except through the email on your website which your customer service doesn’t answer. I want my money back I no longer want my order. You guys are terrible.

I ordered a dress that was white and the material on it is so thin! It’s completely see through! And the slit in the reds isn’t sewn so it opens and will flash everyone. Waste of money. Don’t buy from here! I wrote them 3 times asking for tracking information and no one ever responded to me. Awful service. Awful cheap products.

Ordered 2 dresses on June 2nd. Finally received an email saying they had been shipped on June 15th. My confirmation email stated that my tracking number is “0” leading me to believe that I have been scammed. It is June 26th and still no dresses. Ridiculous to say the least, but I have contacted the website and im honestly not even expecting a reply.... just want my money back!

We ordered a dress and didn't care for the material. We emailed the same day for a return 6/8/2019. We received a response the next day with our options and we choice #3 return with shipping as our cost. Emailed our choice on June 9th. Still waiting on the RAN in order to return. I have emailed 4 more times to follow up and no answer??? This has to be a scam.

I ordered three items, all of which do not fit... two too small, one too big. I have been contacting the company as the return instructions can only be received if you receive a RAN number. After SEVERAL emails I have not received a response. I give one star for very poor customer service. I hope I'm not stuck with items that I cannot wear.

I ordered my items a week and a half ago and the site said the order was still processing. I wrote to ask them to give my money back and there was no response. Just emailed again. I also logged in and now my order isn’t even there. There are no orders pending at all. And yet they took my money as soon as I ordered. About $50 and I have nothing to show for it and I have no number to call a person. Never again.

My experience ordering from this website was awful. I spent extra money to have my items shipped here within 3-7 days and it took over two weeks to receive my dresses. I emailed the company twice to address my shipping issue and the response I got back did not answer anything and was not helpful. When I opened up my package one of the dresses had a huge hole in back. Very cheap quality and very poor customer service. I am sending my items back and will NEVER order from here again. One of the worst online experiences I’ve had.

I placed an order with bellizo on 6/19, now 6/25, as far as I can tell from their site my order 3 bathing suits have not even been packed as of yet. These items are small and should have been here in 5 to 7 business days as per the website. I have sent 2 emails and have yet to even get any acknowledgement to my concerns. I should have trusted my gut and not used this website since it it obvious that they don't want to deal with customers which is why they have no phone number listed anywhere. I am one day away from calling my card and having this order canceled. I have never had such a horrible experienced and can honestly say I will never shop here again and will warn all my friends and family to avoid this site.
I will update once I cancel this order cause I don't see any other solution.

Writing a review seems like the only way to get a reply from Bellizo, so I must say that I am patiently awaiting for a reply to my 2 emails. I contacted the services to find out what was taking so long and then I contacted again to change the size of one of the dresses. It said the staff would contact me in maximum 48h and it's been 3 days! I can be understanding about you taking time to process some orders as you are a start up but only as long as I receive a reply to my emails. Also I am staying in the Netherlands for only one more month and if I don't receive my items before that the address and the country will not be valid anymore. So given that I required express delivery, I hope you hurry up in replying and make sure my order is shipped. So far my experience with customer service on Bellizo has been bad.

Today at least it said it was on packing stage, which is great.

Their customer service contacted me and they were nice and helpful in trying to solve my issue. The order is still to be shipped so I will keep updating as it goes.

My order had been shipped on 25/6/19. And today I received an email from Bellizo (Verona) informing me of my tracking number, which I tried and everything is going ok so far. I expect to receive my order next week. My final update will be regarding the quality of the products.
Update 1/07/19:
I am once again getting upset with this order. It keeps saying at DHL that the parcel was only announced, not even in transit, and that the delivery moment will be known only when the parcel is at DHL, which means it is not there yet. On the other hand, when I go to track my order at Bellizo website it said the order had arrived at Amsterdam airport on the morning of 29/06/19. And that would be fine because DHL doesn't always update the parcels on time but then today I've received an email now from patpat (which is another company) saying "your order has been shipped". It was shipped more than a week ago, supposedly! What is going on and where is my order?

Final review! Guess what? My dresses arrived today! And my honest review is that they are all beautiful, I like the quality, they look very much like the pictures and they fit me perfectly, all of them! So in the end, it all turned out ok, I was panicking a bit but I must say it has a lot to do with the negative reviews because, overall, yes, I ordered it more or less 3 weeks ago and it took longer than it was expected but considering that Bellizo ia a start up we need to be understanding and they were actually working well on the products. At least in my case, I am happy!

I was very excited to purchase some cute clothing from this website I found. I am 15 years old and I spend 123 dollars, which is a lot for clothing. I made the purchase 20 days ago and since then I received one email saying my order has shipped, almost two weeks ago!! The maximum time they said for shipping is 12 days and it's been 3 weeks. I emailed them twice over a day ago and once last week, have not heard a response. I tried tracking my order, but on the website, there has been no update since 10 days ago. Since I have ordered it, my friend has been able to travel across the world to Africa for 2 weeks, and come all the way back. Yet, I can't order clothing and have it come. Be careful before ordering from here.

Terrible customer service. I have been trying to return a dress for over a month. They requested photos to show why the dress was too large, photos of the tag, photos of the packaging. Then after jumping through these hoops, they no longer respond to emails. Do not do business with them.

Customer service was a little slow. Had to “threaten” via instagram and trustpilot before any customer service got back to my email. After which it was a lot smoother. Quality of the clothes was quite average.. some were okay, just like what i expected from pictures, while some of the material was completely different from pictures. For example a cotton dress in the picture / description turned out to be a plastic like material. And a sports dri fit material in picture turned out to be cotton..?? Get the materials sorted please..

I’ve emailed their customer service twice about my order and no response. I got an automated email stating my tracking number is 0.. when I go to the site, I was able to locate a tracking number that hasn’t moved for 3 days. There is no number to call and zero communication on what’s going on with my order, but of course the money has been taken out of my account.

It's been nearly a week and the items I ordered haven't even been shipped yet. Not even a notification that there's been a delay or anything. I even checked my spam folder just in case. Nothing. I sent an email to their customer support. No reply at all. It's been an entire day. I've requested to cancel the order and refund my money, but I think they may have just run off with that.

It would be helpful if Bellizo were upfront that their distribution center is in China. Or just say that items are being shipped internationally. Because then a consumer can make an informed choice if they want to do business with them or not. I wouldn't have purchased anything from Bellizo had I known that, because I know what kind of delays can happen. And while you're at it, if there is going to be a delay, send notifications, because it should not take nearly a week after ordering an item for it to be shipped. I then had to send a follow up email to get a tracking number. It's fine if one wasn't generated yet. Say that in the email confirming that the items have been shipped. Don't just put, "Tracking Number: 0."
