Napoli 8 piece garden set
We are delighted with our new Napoli 8 piece outdoor furniture set with gas fire pit. The quality is superb, the gas fire pit is an excellent feature and the seats are comfortable and stylish . It was delivered within a week, set up for us and all the boxes and packaging were removed by the helpful and friendly staff. Couldn’t be more pleased! Thank you .

Absolutely fantastic service
Absolutely fantastic service. I found the website on Sunday afternoon at 3.30 pm and was sitting having a glass of wine on my fabulous new gas patio set by 7.30pm Sunday night . I am absolutely blown away by the service the guys even built it for me . I can’t thank them enough . The quality is 5 star it is really sturdy and comfortable and looks amazing on my patio .. I can’t until lockdown is over to show it off .. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Brilliant beautiful furniture and excellent customer experience
I was looking online for a new furniture set. I emailed Balissima with a query and heard back next day from Lyndsey. She answered my question and offered alternatives. I emailed back and forth receiving responses same day. My furniture arrived in great time and communication was great throughout. The furniture is fantastic, seems brilliantly built, looks beautiful and fire worked first time. Visions are really comfy. Great furniture and great company to deal with. Couldn’t recommend highly enough

Fantastic service, delivery and installation
Ordered a garden furniture set online, had some support from the team at Bellissima who were extremely helpful. Furniture arrived next day (Sooner than expected) and assembled by their team. The whole experience was completely effortless and I would certainly recommend buying from Bellissima.

With the high street locked down its in companies like this that we must trust. I can’t recommend them enough. Communication was without fail and the service was also excellent. We’ve all got a story of a nightmare experience yet I don’t get told enough about the great ones. Well here it is! If you’re hesitant in dealing with internet purchases don’t look any further than this company. Even after they had my money, delivered my goods and I thought our experience was over they’ve managed too exceed all expectations. Six month’s later they are willing to help in anyway they can. EXCELLENT
